~25% is probably not too far off. Looks like you've got some decent LBM underneath.

Hi guys, I was just popping in to get a previous/current bodyfat % estimate
I apologize for the quality of the pics, I didn't really have a mirror where I was taking the pics (cheap college... ha)
I am 5'8" and currently 220 lbs, in the picture marked old, I was about 255-260.
I appreciate you taking your time to help me out, I wanna continue to lean out, but i would like to know (about) where I'm at, motivation purposes, seems like an endless journey, haha.
as for legs because you can't see in the picture, they aren't as fatty as all else, but on the inner thighs there's a..not huge but a noticeable amount of fat. sorry again for the picture quality.
Any guesses?

How much bf % did I have here?
This was in 2012 around 15th October, I've gained a little bit of fat now, but it should be gone in about 1-2 weeks of proper diet. I think this is good for 17 years old, but I have bigger goals.

I started cleaning up my on my diet about a year ago and am now just getting more serious at the gym.
I've been reading the forum for months but just joined today-- time to get more involved.
My goal is to be in decent shape for the summer. Ideally, I would like to gain as much mass as I can--
while leaving time to cut down to 10% or so. Do you guys think I should keep cutting, or bulk?

I'm thinking between 12-14% Does that seem about right?

A little about me, I'm a natural ecto, and have been bulking for almost three months, gained 15 lbs, trying to do it clean, but not too worried about the fat, when I turn it around and begin the cut, it's going to melt off, that's just how my body is. The first two are taken yesterday. The other two are me in my "natural" state (i.e. skinny lol) about two months ago when I started the bulk. I wasn't working out much, just normal army stuff. edit: the order got mixed up, but you can tell which is which...the two ones from before I started the bulk I'm wearing jeans. The other two I'm not and looking noticably doughier lol

Hi your body fat seems to me it is about 13-15 range not 17. We are in the same boat when I opened a thread to ask cut or bulk you replied me I remembered from your nick. Anyways I think if you have carried excess fat in your whole life and it is hard for your skin tighten up so fast. And I think you might have a bit lower stomach fat. In this case I think best to do is to get the body fat checked. Since distinguishing the loose skin and fat is not easy especially for the ones who had carried an excess fat for a long time.
I am 5' 7" and currently weight 170lbs. The first 3 pics are before pictures (187lbs) and the last 3 are current pictures. My before pics are all relaxed and my after pics are front relaxed, side flexed and back flexed.
Whats my bf% before and after?
The before pics were taken 4 months ago.
