    Lightbulb Rate my Macros and got a Question

    about to cut,and was wondering if my macros are right?16 week cut

    also how long unit i should bring my calories down and how much should i bring down?

    Stats:
    Weight:225lbs

    Bodyfat:28%

    Caloric Deficit:2400cals

    Macros:
    Protein:240g

    Carbs:135g

    Fat:100g

    What do you guys think Good or not?Help really appreciated/repped.

    You don't need that much protein. If it's making your diet inconvenient/awkward, you can bring it down but if you have no trouble hitting those macros then fine.
