Kangaroo > Chicken > Beef imo.

Kangaroo I buy is only 93 calories (19grams protein) per 100grams. $1 per 100 grams.

    It's a nice change from chicken/beef/steak/salmon.

There are different cuts of pork and beef and some of them are more fattier than others, same goes with chicken, turkey and any other meat.

Macro wise I stick with chicken and eat beef a couple times a week. Not much a of a pork guy unless it's bacon or pork shoulder. There's nothing like throwing a pork shoulder in the slow cooker for 6 hours and eating some pulled pork sandwiches.

I don't eat a lot of pork, but pork top sirloin chops can be just about as lean as chicken breast. Lots of protein. Low in fat.
Broiled and topped with homemade cranberry sauce is great. With greens or sauteed spinach on the side.

Any kind of meat is good for you, as long as it's lean. You should eat white meat chicken, extra lean turkey and beef, and low fat pork. They all have about the same amount of protein.

    Says the 130lb guy....

Eating lean meat purely because it's lean is utterly pointless unless you're cutting and trying to keep calories low which I hope you aren't doing.
    Row from the floor.
    Eat the damn yolk.
"Eat more" isn't a plan for progression.

It all depends on the cut and preparation. Chicken breast can be pretty bland, but the thighs are great baked on a bed of onions with turmeric and breadcrumbs just rocks. Pork chops can get a little dull, but a baked pork tenderloin is scrumptdilishous.
