ok say there are 2 people they start at the same strength level one takes creatine they both start with a 225 bench after 3 months the one with no creatine benches 275 and the one who took creatine benches 285 then the person stops taking creatine and their bench drops to 280 they still made better progress than if they never took creatine numbers are just made up dont quote me on thatOriginally Posted by ayoliang
