2 scoop Carnivor chocolate protein powder
8 tbsp egg whites
1/4 cup quick oats
cinnamon
Mix, plop in pan. Cook on high maybe 2 min each side.
Topped with 2tbsp Planter's Cinnamon Raisin Granola PB.
570 calories / 68g protein / 41g carbs / 15g fat
