    Newbie...Need Some Advice on My Diet

    Hey guys. New to the forum and I already like what I'm seeing! I need some help with my diet plan and daily nutritional intake levels. My diet is bland and boring, but I'm ok with that and I can stick with it. I am starting over this week after a couple bad weeks of eating. Here is my current plan, and it's the same every day...

    Breakfast: protein shake w/ soy milk, whole wheat bagel...630 cals, 12.5g fat, 800mg sodium, 94g carbs, 48g protein
    Snack: peanut butter sandwich, celery sticks, string cheese...365 cals, 21.5g fat, 505mg sodium, 31g carbs, 19g protein
    Lunch: chicken breast, steamed veggies...445 cals, 9g fat, 420mg sodium, 10g carbs, 82.5g protein
    Snack: peanut butter sandwich, celery sticks, string cheese...365 cals, 21.5g fat, 505mg sodium, 31g carbs, 19g protein
    Dinner: chicken breast, steamed veggies...445 cals, 9g fat, 420mg sodium, 10g carbs, 82.5g protein
    Post W/O: protein shake w/ soy milk...380 cals, 10.5g fat, 460mg sodium, 45g carbs, 26g protein

    Totals for the day: Cals...2630, Fat...84g, Sodium...3110mg, Carbs...221g, Protein...267g

    I workout 6 days a week. Three days of weights and 45 mins cardio and three days of 45 mins cardio.

    I'm 27, 6'3, and currently at 265 lbs. My goal weight is 225 lbs, and I started at 315 18 months ago. Have just hit a plateau and need some help getting past it. Thanks in advance for any and all help and advice you all can give me. Very willing to learn and do things the right way!!
