Hey all, got a quick question. I may of missed by fat intake by 5-12g. Is that a big deal? Would it affect me badly anyway? First time dealing with this issue.

Your body does not work on a 24 hour clock. It doesn't tally up your macros at midnight, do a calculation, then start back at zero for the next day. You can have extra fat tomorrow if you feel the need but honestly as long as you come close to hitting your numbers most days you should be fine. The human body is incredibly adaptive and minor imbalances like this effect it very little. Same reason you can't get fat overnight or can fast for 24 hours without losing muscle. We evloved to adapt to all sorts of conditions. Give your body some credit!
