Another fine company. Sweet looking belt.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Picked up another stall mat today to go with my Legend 3103 3-Way pickup from the other day. Dumbbell area is complete (I think). This thoroughly concludes that I will not be getting a car into the garage come winter.

another day another $100 (well, C$160) spent lol

Got my OB-86B in today put it beside my OPB and messed around with them for a bit. I really really like the feel of the black oxide finish over the zinc on my OPB but the difference in knurling is night and day (neither are bad, just very different) after the OPB its like the cap doesnt even have knurling lol. Anyone have tips on how to clean off the grease?

Every time I see an OB-86B, I regret selling mine. I picked up a Rogue post mount landmine from a PIAS in the Charlotte, NC ($15 ) area this afternoon so maybe I'll grab another 86B to go with it...

I am really, really liking the hip circle, so far. Between using it & the shoulderok, I'm always properly warmed up. I probably spend no more than 5 minutes between the 2.
When you warm up, do the side to side walk. You'll feel it in your glutes like crazy. You'll love that on days when you squat/deadlift.

yeah I have been using the hip circle to warm up for squats and deadlifts, its pretty cool and it does really get my glutes firing. The side to side walk is kind of awkward feeling, but just air squats pushing the knees out and you really feel it.

I was looking at the shoulderok the other day ... maybe one day i'll pick one up it looks cool. All I do right now for upper warmup is facepulls and shoulder dislocations both with a mini band

They appear to have changed the design a bit, but I believe the current one sells for $75. I was going to build one someday, when I got really bored...but for $15, I'll just buy one.

Tipsy, for the amount of new items you buy from Rogue and other on line retailers, I think you need to buy a shack in Buffalo, NY and have your stuff shipped there. You'll break even in about a year.

This is how I acquired all of my Rogue and Elite FTS stuff by shipping to a UPS store on the border and going to pick up in the US, however with the current state of the Canadian dollar and since Rogue Canada bills in CDN it may be cheaper to buy from Rogue Canada?

I just made an account with one of the border mailboxes ... will cost me $5/item and about 45 mins drive.
I do have family in the US that comes here every so often, I do ship some small things to them where it would save me money (ie my belt and shoes). For some stuff it ends up being too big to ask them, or I dont end up saving much after tax/duties/exchange rate, for example the wraps/hipcircle ended up being cheaper to my door through rogue

Edit: LOL i just got an email from my university asking me to write a letter to my scholarship donor telling them what I did with the money and how it has helped me ... I spent it all on my home gym since Im done school ... fitter body. fitter mind? :P

Edit #2: just got a partial refund back from amazon because of damage in shipping for my OB-86B, brings my cost down to $120

yeah with the CAD in the ****s, rogue Canada works out cheaper for a lot of stuff, and otherwise, the few extra dollars (<$10 sometimes) you get it right to your door

Interesting that you didn't get the Beast endcap. Friend purchased from the states a little bit back some (a few weeks before you ordered) and has the new endcap.

I just always assumed it was cheaper buying in the US using the US $. But after what you guys just said I checked the current exchange rate. I see One US $ buys you ~ 1.3186 CAD $

The I compared an item on Rogue US and Rogue CAD to see which deal is better. Look at the Ohio Bar below. $282 US or CA$ 329.18

    At current rates $282.00 should = CA$371.85 (282 x 1.3186)

So the Rogue Canada price is actually better by CA$42.67 or $32.36 US.
