11 miles away, got it for $10
188 pounds standard plates
nice 6 and 7 foot bar
2 sets dumbbell handles
really thick grip wrist roller
ab wheel (hahhaha)
manta ray squat pad
the silver bar has some weird double lock collars. i'll post a close up.
they had a body solid rack, trap bar, olympic bar, bench weights etc for 100 but i saw it too late. still the second consolation prize isn't too bad for flip .▪█───────█▪ Equipment Crew #46 ▪█───────█▪

Thats a good score bro to flip. Do you make out decent doing this, do you like to collect equipment or do you mostly buy to flip?

not bad dumbbell. my bm preacher is the same but there was a lil rust towards the bottom. pad is in good shape. overall its decent. i paid 100.
some close up photos of what i got today:
sorry its hard to see the knurl the photo came out blurry. its an ironmind.
the nice 7 foot bar i will trade to my friend for his spinlock one lol. the sleeves are ridged and the knurling feels great.
i need to clean out my car haha lol
the neat collar
i'll keep the ironmind, trade the 7 foot bar and collars for my friend's crappy bar to resell with the plates and the rest .
probably keep the 1 1/4 pound plates to use on various things that are standard but to make it easier to use the olympic plates with.Last edited by matrix563; 04-11-2014 at 05:36 PM.

I really feel like I bought something today. . .
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

My Texas Power Bar shipped today, and is scheduled to arrive next Thursday. I'm crazy excited to receive it, but a little tiny bit worried too, as I haven't actually used a Buddy Capps bar before (I know, everyone agrees it's awesome, but it's a big purchase sight-unseen).
No photos of the TPB, but here is my purchase from the Rogue yard sale on 4/5:
Landmine, wide grip and narrow grip attachments, and a Rogue loading pin. $40 for all four!

Picked up 3 pairs of York dumbbells - 30, 35, and 45, and an old-style 50 hex db pair.
I know the forum standard is .20 per pound. I tried, I really tried to get him down. But I still overpaid for these bells at .34 per lb.
I have no idea what brand the 50 lb hex dumbbell is. The bells are flatter than my other China-made hex DBs.

Here's a snapshot of my pickup for today.
4x45 Olympic plates
2x35
2x25
2x10
4x5
2x2.5 (345 lbs total)
2 sets of collars
Olympic plate tree
Olympic bar
Parabody flat bench
Old style bench with rack & preacher attachment
Squat stands
4 pairs standard dumbell handles
1 standard curl bar
190 no name standard plates
1 York 25lb standard plate(supposedly 3 more coming)
Nothing is in great shape but only spent 125 on the lot. I think I got a good deal.

LoL.... this will not end well for me... I've never been much of a car guy, so I usually buy used and run them until the doors fall off..... my car and truck have a total of 29 years of road experience between them.... and not a pretty 29 years! I believe I'll just stick to the equipment!
Nice porshe though.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

Speaking of cars . . .
A couple of weeks ago as I was pulling out of my neighborhood onto the road that runs behind my house and I passed a Mclaren 12c. In virtually the same spot today, in order, I passed a black Lamborghini Aventador, multi colored Bugatti Veyron, and a burnt orange Lamborghini Aventador. I've seen the two Aventadors previously, but that is my first sighting of the Bugatti.

Grabbed this on Friday from Northernmoris. Heard nothing but rave reviews about this bench so I'm pretty excited, it's been great for the limited use I've put it through already.

It's gym buying season again!!! Picked up a nice chunk of a gym from downtown Columbus today. Some not so awesome stuff but also some cool stuff I plan to keep. I just locked down a high school in Northern Ohio with a bunch of HS pieces so I am going to be real busy shortly and I love it. Most of this stuff is a little bit older but I wont have any trouble moving it. Time to drink some caffeine and start listing on craigs.
Body Masters Smith
Cybex Leg Press (Considering keeping but can't decide if I would want to replace my red Hammer Strength Leg Press or not)
A few adjustable cybex benches
Magnum Multi Stack
Body Masters Hack squat that I am moving into the gym
Magnum Decline
Nearly mint heavy Troy db's
Really good shape old school York Bumpers. I have the ones just like these labeled 45 lb but haven't seen these ones before. Barely used.
Some other random stuff and Cyclone recumbent and upright bikes, Precor Steppers, body masters incline bench, old school flat and incline benches, dumbbell rack, and some badass reebok body mills haha.Nothing is impossible.
