You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

I'll post a better pic later, but I finally found an Airdyne at a reasonable price and distance. I'm hoping I use this more than my rowers.

Sweet Berg pick-up. Where are you located?

Belgium. An hour of driving is the longest I ever drove for homegym stuff.
Actually went for a USSR barbell, but was 55mm. Almost thought I drove for nothing...
The guy told me he bought the barbell when he was 19 (was 60 now) from a weightliftingclub in Germany.

Ha I like anything Nebula so I got it just because of the brand. I wasnt really looking for one particularly but its certainly neat! I saw Jeff has a promaxima one. I am really curious why some manufacturers put the crossmember in the FRONT and not the rear?? When you are doing the exercise, your entire body weight is dangling towards the rear so I could only imagine that the one with the crossmember in front would be tippy left to right. Maybe I'm wrong but I think its strange.
Fell free to swing by! Its a neat piece. Its the first one I've ever tried.[]---[] Ivanko Barbell Crew #58 []---[]

It was nice but had to go in favor of a Mech6 epic 1/2 rack.

Picked these two up over the weekend for $300 per machine. Keeping the hack and going to sell the leg press and hopefully pay for both.

You already have a legpress?
Both look like well designed items in great shape. Don't know if a set is more valuable?

Yes I already have a Seated Squat Pro. If I had the room I would keep it too just for the variety. But to be honest I have never really cared much for a linear leg press. The angles it puts me in just feels unnatural.

Thanks iron. I tell you what, if you can move it by yourself it's yours. I have shuffled it all over my gym on that rubber floor with just me and my pops. It is unreal heavy.

Finally got one of these last weekend. Major upgrade from the E.T.E. Glute Ham that I had. I actually didnt think the E.T.E. was all that bad, but compared to this, its pretty crappy. I looked for one with black pads and decals, but all Ive really seen are ones with red. I wonder why there are so many of these compared to black.
STR8OUT, I have the Atlantis Sissy Squat bench, and it has the cross member on the front. I thought the same thing so I tried to rock side to side and it doesnt tip or move laterally at all. Its raised like a tripod also, not flat to the ground. I cant imagine someone doing whatever it would take to tip that thing, but its a crazy world, and Im sure someone has!EQUIPMENT CREW VATO #72

Awesome GHR! I had the identical Power Lift one too, White with Red Pads. It sure looks cool.
That is interesting about the Sissy Squat, I guess that solves that question! I have never tried one with the crossmember in the front so this was just coming from my assumptions. It seems like all your weight is balancing on that center bar but I guess not. I love Atlantis equipment too so I'm sure they wouldnt skimp on it.[]---[] Ivanko Barbell Crew #58 []---[]
