I've had nothing but exceptional service from them. Finally got around to ordering a fat pad, it showed up in usual rapid fashion but did not survive the journey undamaged. A quick exchange of emails/pictures the next morning and the new pad was 2nd day air to me. Thank you Rogue.

was it shipped in a rogue box? i'm curious if they don't have a deal with manufacturers to deal with stuff like this vs stuff they make (for instance the uprights all messed up on that other dude's rack)
still, it's good to see a company make right on stuff like this without incident.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

It's always good to hear the positive for sure. It's not the experiences I've had but still nice to hear it's out there.

I'm the same Dom. I don't have much to be honest. A couple of bars. Jump rope etc. And it wasn't that the CS was brutal. Just simply not helpful when I needed it.

Just a brown box with rogue description label on it. Going off of memory, and some speculation; Donnie Thompson is local to me, I checked his site and the link to buy the pad sends you to Rogue. The pads shipped from Rogue. I'll assume Rogue stocks them and will file damage claim against UPS in this instance.

I don't know... I ordered from both companies around Black Friday and although it took time for both of them to resolve, Rogue had to take several attempts (manufacturing problems, not shipment) while EliteFTS took a single attempt (shipment damage).
I was happy that Rogue kept sending me bars, on the other hand, but I felt like a shipment depot and wasted so much time/effort/materials trying to clean up their mess. What did I get for all the effort? I finally got a bar I ordered - 2-months after I ordered it and many frustrating hours wasted. They did tell me, in the last emails, that they'll fix their process to ensure others don't have the same problem. That's great for them.
EDIT: I should have mentioned, these are totally first-world-problems and at the end both companies fixed the problems. We just have pretty high expectations set by so many modern companies, that anything less than perfect isn't good enough. I'd still buy from both companies, still a fan, although Rogue's experience just left a slightly worse taste in my mouth. I admit it's minor, but it's thereLast edited by bobcat255; 02-20-2017 at 07:44 PM.

Agreed with OP. Great CS from rogue. UPS on the other hand is responsible for two damaged shipments. The first was my OPB. The bar only had a small scraps on the end of the sleeve, but never the less I wasn't happy about it. I didn't bother with getting something done about since it was very minor damage. My other shipment ( hyper z) had a busted box upon delivery and I didn't think much of it until I couldn't find some brackets towards the end of assembly. Rogue did a great job and expedited in sending me the missing components.

Rogue has always been great UPS on the other hand hit or miss. My power rack arrived in two days traveling from OH to NM. My reverse hyper took almost two weeks it went from OH to CA to NM with several stops inbetween. Any smaller packages have arrived fairly quickly packed the best I have ever seen by any company. I had error with one of my shipments I can not remember what was omitted but they quickly sent out the replacement items. If I remember correctly it was smaller boxes that should have been on reverse hyper order, I honestly think they never got sent because from the way it was packed did not appear they could have fell off.

CS for me has always been great. Very helpful and responsive. Their packaging is subpar these days and seems to drive a lot of the CS activity. Monolifts send unwrapped in a brown box with some brown paper crinkled in there. Maybe that works on a pallet that's all wrapped (and sometimes it doesn't still) but standard UPS that stuff gets slammed around and neither the box nor packing are up to the task. I guess enough makes it that it's not a big enough problem.

It's just luck of the draw, my experiences are almost the exact opposite. Not a single issue with Elite, ordered several items from them and everything has been top notch. Last two orders with Rogue left alot to be desired, sub-par packing left a Matador poking out of a box, and a Dog Sled with bent handles that took a couple weeks to finally sort out when I REALLY wanted to be using it. All is good though, no hard feelings against Rogue's customer service.

My experiences with Rogue are mixed. 1 order was filled ans hipped with no issues and their tracking system was regularly updated. The other one soured me a bit. I ordered a games deadlift bar. After not hearing anything for over a week I contacted them and was told 'Oh yeah, we're not filling that order but you can apply the money you gave us to anything else you want at full price. Told them to cancel it and refund my money and CS tried to convince me I should just use the money to buy whatever else I want/need. Took about 3-4 days until the money was refunded to my CC.
EliteFTS I've only ordered bands. Some of them were crap and I sent an e-mail about returning them, then left a message, then sent another e-mail. Did not hear anything. At the time, I was looking to buy a new rack and had recently received a quote for one. I sent a final e-mail indicating they could throw out the rack quote since I'll go elsewhere if this is the level of CS. Received a response within about 20 minutes stating that somehow my other e-mails were sent to their spam and they are sorry. Didn't pursue returning the bands since I didn't want the headache.
Legend was awesome to deal with and Mech's communication and follow up (and certainly packing) was the best of the bunch.
I've ordered little things from CFF and been happy with them. Haven't ordered anything from Rep but plan to (ropes, bar rack and pull up bar for my kids, possibly the 405lb stainless bar) - only asked them one question about the bar rack and they responded back quickly. Duke also seems like a pretty decent guy so I'll happily give them a try{5'7" and under #1}
