You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Haven't really used it yet, but just by sitting and lying on it, it may end up being just my bench and everyone else can use the other two! And hey Deadwood, can you post a vid of that Hammer Strength squat in use from a couple different angles? I always wondered how that piece would be mechanics-wise compared to a power runner. The only thing I have found are a couple pics of it online.

I have never been in the market for one of the ab/back machines but this one came with 2 35lb Ivanko plates. My plan was to just flip it and keep the weights but after putting it together and using it I'm pretty impressed. I don't know how useful the machine is but this is my first experience with Tuff Stuff equipment and it is built really well and feels solid. I'll probably hang on to it for a few weeks and see how I like it or if my wife uses it. This retails for $695 + shipping, I got it with the two ivanko plates for $90 I'll be keeping an eye out for any other tuff stuff in my area.

Let me know how it works, if you don't mind. I was going to get one but I read that they are very aggressive and that Inversion chairs are better. I have really bad Degenerative discs so looking for some new stuff to try, have you used a reverse hyper before?
Yeah thats their purpose. Decompresses the spine allowing Spinal Fluid to flow back in with nutrients. Hurts a lot when you get off one and everything gets pushed back down again.Started lifting again Feb. 1st 2015

Picked up this vert leg press for $35 yesterday. Needs to have some grease cleaned up. Fully welded structural tubing, very heavy..

awesome leg press. I think that's cool the spotting things go all the way to the bottom. mine are just kind of side welded near the top. I don't think it hurts it to keep it loaded but you never know. it wouldn't crush me though it will stop before then like yours.

I have a reverse hyper that I use at least once a week in my training. The inversion table is pretty awesome so far. The good thing about them is that you can adjust how close to vertical it is. I have been using it at a fairly shallow angle today and though it is pretty early to tell a real difference, it did feel pretty good on my back to have some traction on it.

Interesting mix of York plates from different decades. Good stuff. I hear the bar was not at all special. Definitely not York.

Thanks I think I am going to start looking around on CL for one, at $30 thats not too much to lose and could probably flip it if it doesn't work out. Once my rack comes I am going to build this: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=128923201
