how is hte durability of those chrome pl plates after being used for a while? i was considering the pound PL plates.

I don't know yet. I bought 2 of them a few months ago, liked them and bought 4 more which were delivered yesterday - they are all still sparkly new.
The first 2 have very little use to gauge durability.

No, it's not. #372 on the Legend fabric chart. Bottom right of the chart.

Red is the color of the York bumper, West Carey mini jack, and Lock-Jaw. Orange is the color of the benches.

"true red" has a very orangish hue to it. It's actually very close to Home Depot orange on the color wheel.

The equipment below is upholstered in the same mandarin orange color. Lighting and your particular camera plays a factor in how intense colors appear in photos.

Exactly. The delivery photos I intentionally underexposed to give a more vibrant look to the blue and orange upholstery.

I forgot about posting here. Picked up a fairly solid Seated Row for $100


I've been needing one for over a decade. Despite being a Hammer Strength knock off, the quality is very high. The only thing I "need" is thicker padding in the seats (I live 3 minutes away from an upholstery shop, so no biggie) and maybe the rubber coverings for the handles. I doubt I'll cover them. The metal feels good on my hands and I have no grip issues at all.

Just delivered. Leather straps and some Calibrated PL 1.25kg discs from Eleiko. Eleiko only make the white straps now, so was very happy to get this colour-

Those are nice plates. I have Ivanko chrome CBPPs & they have held up in everything besides weathering / moisture. You shouldn't have a problem, unless you're dropping them on other plates or concrete... a lot.

also hoping the beanie will pair well with my Punisher t-shirts that I wear to the playground so the other parents don't try to initiate conversations with me. The shirts did the trick, but I assume the beanie will only add to it.

Nothing I paid for , but, I picked up this tire from a tire store that works on heavy equipment to use or flipping or whatever. I can't believe people pay for these. I looked up the weight and it was 424lbs.

They're cleaning up then because every place I know of already charges the customer a disposal fee. These guys asked me what I needed it for, when I said strength training , they replied " oh, for flipping?" so they've given away others before this.

Good OL' rusty dumbbell rack lol. I like it because there's an option where you can adjust the dumbbell handle width. Gonna paint it and put caster wheels on it! Lol not sure how this gonna work

Not sure if $40 is cheap for this per se, but where I live there's not a lot of options either and I just wanted a fun little project to do.




LOL came across these cheap 1 3/4 inch anchor shackles. Going to see how well it works attaching heavy chains to it and doing shoulder presses (they're like gigantic handles lol) or some kind of stupid exercise I can come up with. These things are friggin huge ha

If they're too awkward to exercise with, i'll just use them for target practice I guess.

Shackles are usually pretty expensive, you can do better than target practice. Heck they probably weigh enough to be decent scrap value

They were cheaper than 30lb kettlebells, almost as cheap as 1x 30lb kettlebell (More accurate too than those cheap ebay ones). I remember buying a cheap 50lb kettlebell from ebay, told them it was 4lb less than 50lb as advertised. So they gave me 30% off. Lol sold it to some poor girl on craigslist for 20% more from the original price. Good day good day

I'm not sure what they go for new, but you have some good friends to deliver that huge machine for you.
