i had the 2010 model but when i move of my apartment out i sold out beacause no more room for my weights
the only diference between 2010 and 2013 os the isolateral arms probable powertec can sell just the retrofit for the arms
any other thing is the same (same f.. bench wobbble lack of front e=stability you know) i like the isolateral arms

It's a beast of a bar. Very well built. There was an end cap damaged in shipping and one of the handles would not screw in all the way. They're shipping out replacements without question.

Another piece in storage today( we have a new home and small home gym being built). New Legend DB rack. I have 30-120 pro bells in 10 lb increments. Using the 5/8, 1.25, and 2.5 lb platemates I have 30 up to 127.5 DBs and everything in between fitting in a compact 4x2 space. Most of these dumbbells I've had for years. BTW, the new 2.5 platemates are far better than the old style. Theyre slimmer, dont rust (no exposed metal) and are more comfortable on the thighs than the dumbbells without them. Stacking a 2.5 and 1.25 (to add 7.5 lbs) works great.

Also, most people buy 10 pair DB racks (http://www.legendfitness.com/Uploads/images/3169p6.jpg) that take up twice the space to allow for 2 tiers. For a home gym, the 6 pair rack works great. Legends rack (compared to home use racks like Valor) has more height to accommodate plenty of space for more dumbbells underneath. Four pairs of the lighter weights (30-60) fit fine underneath. This rack is roughly the equivalent of three Ironmaster stands. Considering these are commercial dumbbells, thats pretty compact. Anything above 130 for me is only used for back and traps so my BWTG olympic handles or row handle are used.

Brought home (12) York 45# G2 Interlocking Plates tonight for $240. I love these guys because I can fit 12 plates where I used to be able to fit 8. These plates appear to be semi-custom for the Velocity Sports folks.

540# of weight total @ ~$0.444/pound.

some weights diferences between cap barbell (dicksportinggoods) and intek
intek has more precise weight on all plates exept 1 45lb plates
im happy with my invertion

In case somebody is interested in buying this bench, its official name is FW-66 Shoulder Press Stool With Reversible Seat. And it has a cousin called FW-36 Squat Stool.

Great find guys. Unfortunately I can no longer get any decent deals in my area.
There's these 2 used workout equipment resellers who troll kijiji all day buying up all the decent deals then reselling them substantially way more, in most cases even more than retail! They lie about how much they paid for their stuff as well. I know this for a fact cause I see them steal the picture from the previous owner and then pass it off as their own. I wouldn't have a problem with if they actually used it but the fact that they just resell it the next day pisses me off and no one else can get any more deals. Its like those people who you see go to the store when their is an item on sale and buy up all the stock
then later in the day, you see it being sold on craigslist or kijiji for way more. I'm sick of seeing their ads multiple times on kijiji everyday. Don't really think I can do anything about it though .

It probably means that the seat can be taken out the frame and turned 180 degrees.

This happens a lot. Only thing to do is keep checking and hope they miss a few deals. It happens. If they overprice their stuff, it will not sell and maybe they will get burned out and get out of that line of work.

Get some workouts in and hang in there!!
