Finally picked up a backbuddy.
KBKB has recommended this for myofascial release. This tool is right up there with my lacross ball & variety of rollers. I should have bought this years ago.

Backbuddy, hmmmm? Where's BloodType3r
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

It has its advantages! My wife just asked me last night where the bar came from, I'm like "Honey I have always had that thing, remember when I bought the lat pull-down from a guy in Cincy and said the standard bar was causing shoulder pain?". If I keep talking for 2-3 minutes about the purchase she will typically run for the other room, she HATES my addiction to workout equipment and upgrades. BTW, got to use the bar again last night and couldn't be happier. The fat grip version is good, but its double the weight and can be a pain to setup and take down. This attachment is perfection IMO, my Body Solid straight bar is pretty much going in the trash.

Just took delivery of my Pendlay Elite plates. I ordered the Classic with White Ink, but received Color. Picked up two 320lb sets.
Also received my "vacation" project. Ordered another thirty-one 3/4" thick gym mats to finish the rest of my basement. Should be a good time moving thousands of pounds of mats and equipment

When ever our group host a Strongman competition, we will joke that we ought to have some type of stall mat event cuz from the strongest to the weakest, we all agree, they are a pain!! NOBODY moves these easily!!

The mitsubishi DLPs were the best made & are arguably on the level of Plasma. Don't get me started on LED. Those are the only DLP tvs worth owning.
Did you get rid of it? The bulbs usually go & it's not impossible to source parts.

Nice work!
I've done the same thing (same color, even) with my BFS leg ext. bench and an unmarked VKR that I scored at a local auction. Lately I've been contemplating redoing my Body Solid lat machine's seat and covering up the stupid purple upholstery on my Cybex OHP station."What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

speaking of which, this is a quick overview of an NPR special regarding how these low cost gyms are designed to keep the dedicated from showing up.
