Yeah, I'd commend the healthy choice and what not, but I can't fathom this ice-cream snobbery. Certainly, some ice creams are far superior to others, but short of being stale, or nauseously exotic (e.g. chicken gizzards and anchovies), ice cream is almost incapable of being truly bad. Kind of like pizza or Kate Beckinsdale.

tonight's gym session will consist of my unusual routine in this order;
- good mornings
- back extensions
- leg lifts
- lying situps
- 10 mins bike
- 30 mins basketball (maybe longer depending on people that are there)
- 12 laps in the olympic pool
I want to work myself up to a mile swimming non stop in the pool. I struggle just to get a 1/4 mile.
Longterm goal is to be able to swim 3 miles respectively.www.grazethesky.com

I've known many a fat picky-eaters, and many self-proclaimed ones posting in the LF forums. Their limited food portfolios were generally along the lines of chicken nuggets, mac and cheese from a box, fried potato products, and pizza.

i only ate junk food when i was fat, never any healthy foods. I go out to eat like twice a month now, mainly because if i go out to a fast food place i WILL blow all of my calories in a single meal, and they will all be from fat and carbs

Just had my first workout in like 10 days.
Burned 118 calories on the treadmill.
Gonna need a rest day tomorrow.

Pretty much the same thing for me, save I'd include 2-3 "healthy" meals per week thinking it was making all the difference. You would have had to bribe me to eat any kind sweet potato, zucchini, string beans that weren't from a can, or anything of that ilk. Things I now enjoy. Hell, back then I didn't even like salmon, and now it's probably my favorite food.

When the only exercise I did was walking upstairs to get to my next class, I jog/walked a 11 minute mile, which is horrendous, when we did that fitness test thing. Everyone else was doing 6-10 minutes. And then there were the "I'm so fukking fat I'm going to do nothing but walk to hide embarrassment" people who I don't even think finished before the period was over.
I was 240+ pounds and never did cardio.

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.
