Firstly, yes, bad light, but can see if you lookhardenough/10 lol Still have outer bi vein chillin. Makes me feel all warm n fuzzy.

No, no one gives a chit, most everyone is too busy squatting in the curl rack (Wait, wot?) to care. Srs tho, gym is ALWAYS empty, so IDGAF. Most times I take pics in the multi-purpose room though, all the time guys be goin in dere to work on dem posin routines lol

Legs are good, just need more definition in them, seems to be my last major fat holdout location haha

Since I'm doing 5x/wk workout the next 2 weeks I'm going up to 200-2500 cals/day. Feeling drained today and all I did was a huge bi day yesterday. Until the knee heals I'm giving each bodypart it's own day.

There are lots of "how to"s on the net on how to do it. If you put the whey in hot water it curdles, so most people do some coffee in hot, whey in cold, then mix and have a warm drink.

I agree, makes me sad that there are guys that learn this kind of thing on the internet. If only they put some effort into developing their real character instead of their "game" and develop some morals and values instead of being "badass", a lot of guys would be better off. Right, but a guy with self respect does exhibit some, many of the qualities espoused by the "alpha miscer." Most notably, "be a little bit aloof, like you have other options" and "if a girl does something wrong, don't tolerate it."


That said, the idea that you "have to be a dick" is stupid. Who wants to be around a dick?

It also depends on the kind of person you want, im a hardcore video gaming guy and not into "going out", and the same kinds of girls typically like shy, quiet guys and you dont have to impress them, they are easy to get along with. I think that is just a result of not being too social, anyhow everyone is different so you just have to be able to adapt to the situation and not try to pick up on people who dont have similar interests.

When you love a girl, you drop your "other options". That's love. And if you don't you're a dick that's not worth my time.

Guys like that need to learn how to treat someone they're serious about different from random lays. If you can't differentiate between the two and treat them differently and show the girl you love you care about her, you're doing it wrong.

And you don't have to be aloof to have self-respect. In fact, being aloof on purpose is "fake self-respect" imo.

Justanothergirl - you have no comprehension of the hoops guys have to jump through to get girls. It's nice to have this skewed fantasy world of what reality actually is, but the underlying concepts on the misc aren't wrong. The only difference is, when guys TRY to execute those concepts, it goes all 'alpha-miscer'. Guys with legit game do it already. And about other options and "love" and stuff....
