Hi im new here but im 14 5"8, recently cut from 150lb down to 129lb over 4 months. I did this with weights/cardio/eating healthy I'm pretty cut up now but for my abdominal i cant seem to get past a 4 pack :/ ill post a pic soon but any advice? and should i cut more or try and bulk some muscle. Thanks
