Im doing the stronglifts program, which incorporates hardcore (from what ive been told) forearm exercises, like deadlifts, squats, and bench press, etc. In 3 weeks how would my forearms look or change if i added an extra forearm specific exercise every workout? im bulking with a 500 cal surplus btw
I would like my forearms to look muscular, with veins showing like when my arms are down. Which i know depends on bf and muscle amount. Also, kinda a weird question. But when should you shave your arms? My dad shaves his too, but he used to bodybuild for like 20 years and he still looks pretty muscular in the arms and such. hes like 53
