Health Insurance brah, for me it's pretty good considering I'm healthy and I can still remain on my parents and not pay a dime.

Pretty sure the USA's bad reputation started in WWII when the army crushed the nazi's all over Europe but left the civilians who lived in those towns with rubble, while Canadian's helped fight but also stayed to help rebuild towns and supply food and medical treatment.

I'm pretty sure most people would just assume Canadians are American anyway, at least until you explained that you're not American. The accents are similar and in Europe most people assume anyone who speaks English is American and treat you like a leper until you tell them where you're actually from.
