you are about my exact stats when i was in high school and 11.22 is a solid time. , especially if youre white. my personal best time was 11.17 accutrack time, saw a 10.9 hand held once (srs) but that was probably 11.2 accutrak time. i finished 4th in state my sophomore year, 4th my junior year and got hurt and didnt run senior year

LMFAO soooo mad. I've spent 15 minutes looking for 2005 track and field results for my area with no luck. My twin brother and I have every record in every event we have ever competed at before the provincial level. Even better than my 100m time was my long jump and 400m. I have medals from athletics hanging in my closet I don't mind if *******s like you think I'm frauding it only makes me think I'm better than you are and you have no hope of competing with me. The only record online I could find was from my grade 6 year at the edmonton journal games where I came 8th of 300+ runners from all over the province. If I do find anything more, I'd love to make you watch it.

Brahs. Now lets be nice.
Best ways to improve sprinting other then by sprinting? and lifting. what do they (elite sprinters bolt and such) train for upper body. back and abs makes lot of sense. do they do everything? biceps and such too lol?
Best stretches for sprinting? and for further improving stride?
This thread now has me really curious as to what my time is, as I would love to have potential in this over tons and tons of other things
I know I'm good though my training partner is a condition German Shepard haha

Prob run mid 11's now no e stat. 40 in the 4.5's. Ran track and played football in hs.
Don't neglect your upper body if u want to improve I'm sprinting. Imagine running with your arms by your side you are much slower. Also u need the proper form, degree of arm swing (hip to chin) make sure ur arms are close to the body also the start is prob the most important part. Really miss competing actually don't take it for granted hs brahs. That feel even when you improve 0.05 of a second

14 seconds if I was lucky.
