Hey everyone,
Recently I started drinking coffee , for unimportant reasons , but the only problem is that it gives me diarrhea , some days it's more sever than others (depending on the quantity of consumed coffee) :/
My question is directed at people who consume caffeine regularly ; will it ever stop ? , or is consuming caffeine and rapid bowel movement are inseparable ? ,and if they are , then are there any alternatives for caffeine ?

Here's a real first world problem:
My corvette is too damn shiny, so every time I leave my gated community some moron in a Civic with a fart can muffler tries to race me. When my 638 horsepower kick his ass and I have to slam on the breaks my leather seats are very uncomfortable on the anus because by wallet is so stuffed with money that it is very rigid and leaves a bruise on my butt while leaving an indentation in my heated leather seats.
^that is a first world problem. First world success FTW.Ideologically motivated to fight stupidity, socialism, communism, and marxism at every turn. <---- Stupidity and the other 3 often go hand and hand.

I think it is the caffeine in the coffee. I read from the Runner's World magazine (yeah, i know, it IS a runner's magazine and not weight lifting but you can google it yourself) that coffee before running for some (like myself) can cause diaherria and such during or after.
I haven't had problems drinking coffee before weight training though just varies from person to person I guess"The Will to Win means nothing without the Will to Prepare."
"Pain is temporary, Pride is forever."
"I hated every minute of training, but I said, don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life a Champion."

I used to have the same problem with coffee (but not with any other caffeinated drinks, like pop). Over time it went away and I now can drink coffee daily. Oddly, however, Starbucks still does that to me but not any other brand! If you don't usually drink coffee and suddenly you are (and it is causing problems), maybe start with a smaller amount of it and work your way up?
If you change nothing, nothing will change.
