I don't have that much time between classes, and I want to start making/taking meal replacements. First off, should I buy meal replacements such as Labrada Lean Body, Myoplex, MetRx? If so, which ones would you recommend? But if not, I have MusclePharm Combat powder and ON 100% Whey as well. I would really appreciate it if anyone would give me advice such as steps and ingredients if I were to make my own meal replacement.
