    Meal replacement advice

    I don't have that much time between classes, and I want to start making/taking meal replacements. First off, should I buy meal replacements such as Labrada Lean Body, Myoplex, MetRx? If so, which ones would you recommend? But if not, I have MusclePharm Combat powder and ON 100% Whey as well. I would really appreciate it if anyone would give me advice such as steps and ingredients if I were to make my own meal replacement.

    Are you trying to gain? If so, I would do a gainer shake as a meal replacement. MetRx is good stuff but doesn't have as much macros for gaining as a gainer shake.

    You have all the time in the world to get enough food in without trying to buy or create a gainer shake. Concentrate on a proper diet first, get the basics down.
