Overall....I'm just glad thats over.....It was like I hit a wall today. Motivation wasn't there but I push hard and got through it. My weights dropped today as well. I just didn't have the strength today. I guess my body needs a recharge and cheat meal....Next week begin full body! Lets get to work! Saturday and Sunday were days off, and I needed them. My body was just dead..... So I rested, Posed and ate! Had a cheat meal Saturday night. Within 45 mins after, EVERYTHING was popping! Veins, muscles and all lol. Wish I took some pics! I'll post some tomorrow. Today begins my fully upper body workouts.

My diet for last week will be: (mon-wed)
Meal 1 Lean beef, Oats and broc.
Meal 2 Chicken, Oats and broc.
Meal 3 Chicken, Oats and broc.
Meal 4-5 Fish, Oats and Asparagus.
Meal 6 Fish and Asparagus.
Macros at 325/100/30
Thursday on will be up to Tom, it all depends on how my body looks from there on but I will be adding white rice to carb up.
The weeks before this was:
Meal 1 Egg whites one yolk, Oats and BCAAs
Meal 2 Lean Beef, Oats and Broc.
Meal 3 Fish, Oats and Asparagus.
Meal 4 Fish, Oats and Asparagus.
Meal 5 Fish, Oats and Asparagus.

Mon-wed(today) have been nothing but full upper body workouts. Everything is in the rep range of 10-12 about two to 3 sets. LIGHT WEIGHT! Don't want to over do it. The sinus crud got to me yesterday so it was a rough one. I feel ten times better today for sure. I'll start my carb up thurs sometime, it all depends on what Rage has in store for me. Down to 179.4 this AM by the way. I believe my scale has been a bit off from the beginning but I have used it the whole time so my weight has been consist. Should start cutting water thursday night-ish, thats another Rage decision. Just going to rest up the next few days, pose and pose some more. I'll be taking a lot of pics the next few days so I'll have some posted on here as soon as I can.

After water loading all day yesterday and 30 mins after my first meal. Been instructed to take in 75 grams of white rice and 3/4 gallons of water on top of my regular food by 2.

Thanks guys! I can't wait to see the pics as well. I haven't seen any of them myself. Everyone I know was to busy hollering for me to take pics lol. I have some from home but there not stage pics. I still feel a bit tired so today is another off day but I did weight this AM and I'm only .4lbs heavier than I was on stage lol. CRAZYNESS! Of course I didn't dive into carbs after the show either.
