BRAD23 HRT Solo, Ripped to HELL Challenge!

My Name is Brad and I'm a HRT addict.... (in the circle at once says, Hi Brad).... I'm 30 years old, 5'10ish. Around 188 to 189, (will do my first weight Monday) married with a 2 year old. I drive a hour to work and over a hour home, so i don't wait to here any nagging about not able to get in the gym.......(I hate lame excuses) I swear I'm easy going lol. I'm super excited for this contest and can't wait to get going! I'm going to sub every ones logs just so I can keep tabs on everyone and help at least give some moral support during mine and your trips through HELL!!!! Muhahahahaha...... I'm sure every one will love this program as I do so with out further ado.....less talky talk, and more work!

Thank for subbing! That was the transformation contest. It had people bulking and cutting in it. I just followed Toms guidance. I won't be happy till I cut this last little bit of stomach fat that I've had for 10years, just never could get lean enough...

They have done a few rounds of HRT Contests if I am not mistaken. I think this is the 3rd. Someone let me know if I am wrong.

Hahaha, it wasn't all supplements, but I have used almost half of them already lol. Good luck to You to bro. I'm not going anywhere lol.

Thank you! I still have big big goals for myself and try to be like u, I mean I've never placed but last in my class doing shows. I WILL PLACE THIS TIME! This year will be different, I'm sure of it. That being said, I will not let anything or anyone hold me back. So I stay positive and try help anyone I can along the way.

You are correct for the most part. They had a partner contest and a solo contest the first time around, then had just a solo contest and now this one.
