Looking through the best multi-vit list and 4 come out on top Opti-men, Avavite, OT or Animal Pak.... but which would you say is the most suited to a teen?

Doesn't matter. If your local pharmacy stocks just a pharmaceutical brand multi vitamin, buy that for 10 bucks instead of 30 or whatever they charge for the ON stuff. It's all the same.

try optimen works good for me and heard good things about the one from gaspari cannot remember its name though

Animal pak is a really good multivitamin but is kinda expensive. Just a basic multivitamin will work just fine and save you some money.
