hi i want to take creatine, but didn't want all the high sugar content most creatine supplements contain. i have heard of V12, VITARGO, and TRAC, and wanted to know which product provides the best results. thank you.

freakin a man. do you do any reading before you post. read some stuff before you make a dumb ass post like this. also v12 is the best i think but search and you will find what you want. the only way search won't work is if you don't know how to spell. but it looks like you do.

Bump on the V-12, totally sugar free. However, it is very sweet so you have to mix it with juice...(Grape with Grape Juice, Fruit Punch with Grapefruit Juice)

AEN has a new product coming out, Creatine RT, with Russian Tarragon extract, which looks like it increases uptake (without the need of sugars).
