Red face Is my keto diet okay?

Hey guys I was just wondering whether you could have a quick look at my macro's for grams and percentages and let me know whether it's okay - its the closest I could get it to my individual needs... I weigh around 124lbs and want to lose around 10kgs (20lbs) of fat.

    DAILY:

    100g fat 67%
    94g protein 27%
    11g net carbs 3.2%

Total calories: 1330 - (my maintenance is supposed to be around 1450)

I know calories are a little low but getting calories ALONG with grams and percentages to match up is definitely a difficult task. Also, Lyle McDonald states that as long as you don't go below around 1000 calories of your maintenace intake each day (via exercise and/or diet) your metabolism won't suffer.

Let me know what you think, thanks guys!

Think you're confusing BMR with maintenance. BMR is the amount of calories your body uses to maintain its current weight WITHOUT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ANY KIND OF ACTIVITIES. You'll maintain weight if you eat as much as you spend after taking into account all your daily activities (TDEE), and the 1000kcal below maintenance advice refers to your TDEE, not your BMR. Calculate your TDEE again and see what you get, 1450 seems way too low as AlwaysTryin pointed out.
