I'm trying to add more calories to my diet. I want to gain weight.
I am never hungry. Literally force feeding myself. Only got to 2600 calories today. Supposed to have 2900. What else is healthy and high in calories? Or am I going to have to eat something dirty? Maybe some chips? Lot of sodium though...perhaps more of this all-natural ice cream? But has quite a bit of sugar and maybe that's not a good fat I should be eating. I really don't know...
BTW these aren't all my meals, I spread it out throughout the day. I don't eat all these at once etc.

go get some KFC to go, fry it again when you get home, then dip it in some olive oil for 5 minutes, put some sour and whip cream on top of it, then eat it
seriously man..no offense but man up and eat more/calorie dense foods (usually fatty foods as fat is 9 cals per gram and protein/carbs are only 4/gram)
good luck★Subaru WRX/STi Crew★ <--- Copy and paste. Lets get this scooby part rollin!!!

100% trolling lol! but incase not just like brahs said up! nothing wrong with sodium or sugar or fats a calorie is a calorie man, just make sure u have decent amount of nutritionally rich food to cover ur micros beside that have a good dose of " dirty " food and enjoy w/e u like! u wont see them abs even if u "bulked" on "salad" u but u will see them if u cut on " mcdonald's " .

Assuming this isn't a troll (and it sure looks like one), I'll bite anyway. What matter is calories in and calories out, regardless of how "clean" or how "dirty" it is. Those are just misconceptions made by people who have no clue about nutrition.
If you want to get the last two abs to show - cut on your calories.
Want more mass and don't care about those two and possibly the other four for a while - increase your intake with peanut butter shakes, add butter to your meals, full fat everything and you should be able to increase calories without feeling too full.

You still want to keep it clean, a good friend of mine used carb suppliments and gained a ton. I have the other problem, I look at a menu and gain.
If I can do it, you can do it! Now get up and do something! IT'S GO TIME!

The reason to eat " clean " would be health reasons or trying to get ur vitamins and minerals which u can take by eating good amount of nutritious food.. but if u aren't a health freak as long as u hit ur minimum Protein and Fats for the day and fill the rest with f/c/p clean or dirty sugary or salty it doesn't matter!
so just fill ur minimum P and F then fill the rest with what you " LIKE " as long as your caloric intake is ABOVE maintenance ur abs will slowly fade and thatch what u gotta give for muscles eating "cleaner" will have 0 effect on this process.MUST READ about back development : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=151735043

No reason not to eat dirty if you are unable to finish off your ''clean'' food.
Also don't worry about sodium, humans actually require sodium and an excess will only mean that you will hold some extra water weight for a day or two, and that's nothing to worry about unless you're about to go to the beach or got a competition or photoshoot or something.Training with Osteolysis and a gigantic ganglion cyst... You said you're trying to gain weight, but want your lower abs, which you admitted are hidden by fat, to be visible.

Are you fat because you're lazy or are you lazy because you're fat?

Eat your normal food, then drink one of these at the end of the day:
1 cup whole milk (150 cals)
1 scoop whey (140 cals)
1 tbps olive oil (140 cals)
1/2 cup oats (150 cals)
I rely on these a lot to get nutrients, then of course eat lots and lots of veggies and meats. I especially like these because they're easy to drink even if you "feel" full. Just a suggestion, hope it helps.

My profile picture was took when I was cut before I started my bulk at the start of the year. Right now I'm 20lbs heavier than that.
My meal plan is flexible dieting/IIFYM or whatever you wanna call it.
If I want to cut, I eat under maintenance
If I want to bulk, I eat over maintenance
Quite simple really...
I said muscle mass, not weight.Training with Osteolysis and a gigantic ganglion cyst... One day I will surgery, but not today...
