Hi, I'm new to this..
Hi, my names Adam and Im 14 an I am rather tall for my age (6'4") and I'm a big build so as you'd imagine I am stronger than most of my classmates. I am bench pressing 70-75kg and I want to play rugby next year at school so I want to gain as much muscle mass as possible and loose alot of weight also, I'm not fat, I just need to shed a few lbs
