hey I am really confused. according to most calculators my tdee is 2300 but I found a few which are 2000 but the most confusing on is my fitness pal, which says mine is 1800. I want to bulk and start at a 200 surplus but I don't know which tdee to trust. I am 54 kg and 166 cm and work out 3 to 5times a week ( lifting).

trust no one.
but srs, they are estimators. The only real way to get your maintenance is trial and error.
However, those numbers seem low for a TDEE.. 1800 is probably a BMR honestly I don't really know what myfitnesspal uses for cal estimation but Ill bet its really low because its supposed to help people who probably live pretty sedentary.
