hey I am really confused. according to most calculators my tdee is 2300 but I found a few which are 2000 but the most confusing on is my fitness pal, which says mine is 1800. I want to bulk and start at a 200 surplus but I don't know which tdee to trust. I am 54 kg and 166 cm and work out 3 to 5times a week ( lifting).

trust no one.
but srs, they are estimators. The only real way to get your maintenance is trial and error.
However, those numbers seem low for a TDEE.. 1800 is probably a BMR honestly I don't really know what myfitnesspal uses for cal estimation but Ill bet its really low because its supposed to help people who probably live pretty sedentary.

They are estimates. Go by the scale, weigh in 1x a week, on the same calorie intake, and adjust accordingly.Online Coaching/Nutrition: eriktheelectric.bigcartel.com
