Lighting could have been better, but I did it in one take and edited after and just wanted to get my feet wet. Hope I don't sound too dry and boring... I'm no Matt Ogus yet... I needs to add more entertainment value.

Careful on pace, enunciation, and for the love of god it looks like you taped this from the basement from silence of the lambs. Get some better lighting. You are also really-really-really aware of your breathing, which shows in the heavy pauses from taking deep breaths.
It's good for conversational content, albeit a little bland especially for the duration. You would probably benefit from some kind of shtick, ala CnP's ridiculous overshooting manlines or low carb cory's... annoying personality.*Unaesthetic Crew* Disregard V-Taper, Acquire PRs.

Yeah lighting was bad, again done in one take. I didn't intend to go over 5 minutes but did this off the fly with just a handful I points I wrote down to cover first on a notecard. I will need some kind of shtick, better audio, and just change the lighting, camera auto adjusted with the curtains opened and sunlight coming in. I clipped out some of my ramblings. LoL

All I ask is that you never teach people how to make oats and or grilled chicken. In fact, unless it involves ice cream or pizza stay away from food all together. Nutrition talk is fine though you're bound to get a ton of subs being an advocate of eating how we do. (The subs may just be to argue how wrong you are) but subs nonetheless.

The crappy audio really takes away from the content. I see that you already intend to fix this. I also would try and place the mic closer to your mouth, such as a clip on lapel mic. You can improve acoustics also by not recording audio in a room with hard walls, but you may not be able or care to change that, and honestly, a better mic will be adequate for youtube recording.
I agree that you need a schtick. You can always read off your monitor that someone (Hodgetwins, LCC, etc,) says, and then explain why it is not entirely accurate. For this topic, you could address something a teen posts in the teen section about XYZ program being the best for hypertrophy.
