I use this when I bench at home. It's actually a better alternative.

We're thinking of buying this powertec bench :
http://www.treadmillfactory.ca/p-353...pic-bench.html
because you can add on a bunch of attachments to it as well. I don't really care for a power rack- I don't ever back squat anyway! But I'm not sure what we're doing yet- we can't afford that right now, and if we're planning on staying for a few years, then when we get our own spot we'll invest in a good one if we have enough space- right now I just don't care as long as I can bench on Sunday! We have too many decisions to make yet and not enough room in our current living arrangement to invest in something expensive at the moment. Not to caring about wasting 50 bucks each right now
I copy and paste it all from a word document and just change some of the info everyday
OOoh, OK! I will for sure!!
Thank you! Excited for tomorrow!
Thanks H! I hope you have a good day! How's school going???Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

how's your brain doing? i found the first three days to be rather awful.

Not at all After I do my tension workout tonight- I'm going to drink a beer while I wait for supper to cook. I'm having 2oz of baked, breaded chicken breast between a burger bun with ketchup and mustard, with a side of baked potato. Then before bed I'll be eating a bowl of oatmeal with banana and cocoa while watching an episode of Spartacus I may even have a yummy cinnamon raisin bagel with that

Hiiiii!!!
I'm so sad I've been so busy this week that I missed your UD2 kickoff! Workouts look great and you've done really well on the nutrition part too! I would be brain dead with that much of a deficit for several days I think haha
Enjoy the carb loading beer and bread - I hope the extra food helps you get some energy back, sleep a little more, and hopefully knock out that cold (I just finished my antibiotics and I am still stuffy and coughing. MM is not happy with this!)
Sending appetite suppressing thoughts your way since you forgot your salad today - you will be like a wild animal when you break out of there and go on a hunt for food!!Please join me on my journey to find balance:

Glad your salad disaster was resolved in the end! I do hate being without food... How many meals do you break your low cal days up into?

OH right! I always forget I have to let bread rise! I usually make it in the Summer so I can set it out front in the sun to rise quicker

Making bread in the summer is awesome for that reason! I have no place to keep t warm here though. I'd have to le tit rise in the living room. hahahahaha!
Hi P!
I am very sore!
Focus XT is my favorite pre-workout drink ever, and I've tried a lot! I have a bunch of different ones just wasting away because they're gross or useless or both! It's the only one that gives me a good, clean energy and makes me feel like superwoman!
Thanks! I felt special until I challenged Andrew and Stephen. They did a bunch lol! Guess that was an easy one.
You too!!!
Thank you! This wasn't a bad workout, but it definitely wasn't my strongest Tension workouts are hard because you are usually sore and mostly depleted by this point, everything hurts, and you've got nothing left to give. It was one of the better ones I've had though for sure! !!!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers
