That's most likely what we'll do
Oh, I see! That's the same concept, but a totally different looking model from the old fashioned manual ones! Still cool though! Stephen said he wats to wait until we find an apartment since sometimes they come with washers and dryers included
Happy Sunday!
Hahahha! Yep, I was very sore the next day!
Happy Holidays!
It'll be interesting after not counting/not keeping track of anything for months upon months! Hahaha! I feel ready to make more progress and make some changes now I had a nice break from all that!
We're going to a friend's house party!!!!

Today’s “light” hypertrophy workout! lol! I don’t know what it is about these exercises, but they are something special. lol! They’re so freaking difficult! I’m actually sore though from deadlifts yesterday, even though they sucked. I’d seriously recommend trying out those modified jeffersons. They’re so similar to deadlifts, yet so hard! My legs hurt! Hahaha! Fun fun!
Just a reminder- Bar weighs 20lbs when set up in the corner. Oh, and ignore my Christmas fluff. Hahaha!
Legs!
Lumberjack squats:
Bar + 45x12
Bar + 70lbs x12
Bar + 70lbs x12 (+10lbs, +12 reps!)
Bar + 70lbs x12 (+10lbs, +12 reps)
Bar + 70lbs x12 (+12 reps)
Bar + 70lbs x9
Bar + 70lbs x8
Modified Jefferson Squats:
Bar +45lbs x10
Bar +95lbs x12 (+35lbs. +12 reps)
Bar +115lbs x9 (+50lbs, +9 reps)
Bar +115lbs x10
Bar +115lbs x10
Bar +125lbs x9 (+60lbs, +9 reps)
Bar +125lbs x9
Modified SLDL?
Bar +95x9
Bar +95x9
Bar +95x9
Felt nauseous after this. Good UD2 Mass practice workout! Oy! Hahhaa! Ugh. Hey, tomorrow’s New Years Eve! We were invited to a party that we’re definitely going to! Yay!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Whew, I almost didn't make it here today! I forgot the bus route didn't stop at my stop on new years eve, and I was standing there waiting when I saw my bus turn up the road from the intersection just ahead of me. I ran as fast as my little legs could carry me, actually managed to catch my bus, and realized my bus pass was in the pocket of my other jacket. lol! GREAT way to start a day! Hahahahahaha! Luckily bus driver dude was nice and let me stay on anyway
So here I am. I actually get off at 2:00 again today, and then I'm meeting Stephen at the mall and attempting to buy a shirt for tonight! It also occurred to me this morning that I'll be partying RIGHT before my new program starts. lol! So I came up with a plan. Drink but not TOO much, drink water inbetween as much as possible, eat something light yet substantial before bed (heavy tends to interfere with my sleeping), have a gatorade next to me when I wake up, sleep in as late as possible, and I think that's about it. Hahahaa! Tomorrows workout will be painful, I imagine But not impossible
Uber sore today in places I've never been sore before! Love changing up exercises here and there- lots of room on new ones for progression, and working muscles that bever got worked before is making my body look slightly different. I'm noticing good improvements in my lats/arms/shoulders/quads. I'm excited to start UD2 mass- my power workouts are going to be all classic compound exercises and I'm excited to get those lifts up. Going to work on my deadlfits! Woot! Anyway, I'm going to go plan my workouts/foodTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Man, sounds like a rough start to the day....lol
That's a good plan for tonight. Drink water while drinking alcohol. It does help. I also find drinking a big glass of water just before bed helps a lot too.
I'm heading up to Cambridge again tonight for a party at a friends.
I'll be getting my workout in tonight before I head up there. I know there will be lots of treats / junk food there so I'm budgeting that into what I am eating during the day...lol
Have a great New Years.......There is no expiration date on being healthy.

Hey guys! Thank you for all the new years wishes! Happy New Year! Hope you all had a wonderful evening!!! Turns out the "Party" we went to was a small gathering. lol! I was waaaay overdressed. I bought this new awesome black sparkley shirt into Jean Machine and wore my new pretty guess jeans with the sparkleys on the pockets. I had my sparkley earrings and braclets and a necklace choker thing around my neck- totally new years eve festive. Everyone else had jeans and hoodies on. And there were only two other couples besides us Hahaha!
We had a good time. Stephen and I are a couple though that have a lot of fun doing things we love doing together and would have had much more fun at home drinking and playing a dart tournament and listening to our favourite music. But you know, social things are good. We're not much into just hanging out though, it's boring unless there's something to do. Anyway, nice people, nice company And a new pretty shirt I at least get to wear to work. lol!
Oh, the bonus though, since there weren't many people- no need to drink so much. Haha! No hangover, just a litle tired. We decided to walk there instead of taking the bus and it was about a brisk ~25 minute walk both ways. That was the funnest part, actually We have fun! lol! Day 1 of UD2 Mass.
Tuesday: Hypertrophy Upper Day/Optional Cardio/Diet Calories/<100g of Carbs
Starting weight: 123.8lbs
Today, in an hour or so, I shall do my Hypertrophy Upper workout!
Food so far was pretty much eggs/cheese/toast. Twice. lol! Work days I had planned for, but I had no idea what to cook today! Cornish hen and veggies for supper. And that's about it. Calories will be about 1500 since it'll be a pretty relaxing day (1600-1700 on work days/workout days) and....Yep!
I'm excited, I was reading my old UD2 Mass journal on bodyrecomposition.com from 2011 and there were just happy faces and PR's everywhere Well, that sounds pretty typical (lol!) but it excited me anyways. I was in my best condition while doing that program (in my opinion- that was when my waist really was 24 inches...I have the picture from that day in my gallery with the pink halter top on) I'd love to see what it would do for me now with the little more muscle I have now! Be back soon with workout and vids!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers
