Oh my god I just lost my huge post. Ok! Cliffs!
- Bought some boots and some gloves! Were both on sale. Boots are Merrel's were 109 (regular 219) and gloves were 45 (regular 90) The boots are awesome- warm, waterproof, and comfortable enough to run in.
- It's really cold out now and there's snow so I have to dress up warm for the walking to/from work. Still need new coat and snowpants, but I'll work on that next week. Mostly I just need a sweater to wear under my jacket now.
- Dad and Sandra bought us a comforter set that's awesomely warm and comfy:
- Ahh...Last night was fun and relaxing- we have no plans this afternoon and I couldn't be happier! Tonight we're going out for a beer and just chilling out.
- Tomorrow is laundry day in the morning, and then LEG DAY! DEADLIFTS! WOOOOO! Must stretch and foam roll later today Excited!
- We're going to grab a coffee and a treat at a specialty shop again when we do laundry. I'll take my camera this time and snap a picture of what we get!
- Lori has never been happier in her entire life!
- The only thing that would be better is more money so I could buy everyone gifts for christmas, but my immediate family/close friends consists of a good 16 people not including Stephen and we were planning on spending a decent amount on each other to keep us sane since we'll be here alone for christmas, and I don't think we'll be able to afford to get everyone gifts this year. It was too close to christmas when we started working- there's not enough time to save. Sadly enough, we're living from paycheck to paycheck. Comfortably, but only because we don't have bills at the moment. Then will come the frugal living.
- That's it for me! Super happy, and excited for tomorrow's workout! Yay!

Thank you! I'd probably spend more time on the internet at work but it's annoyingly slow! It takes a good 3 minutes to load a page, and then when you scroll down it freezes and constantly takes time loading stuff. Awesome. lol! But at least we have the internet! solitaire is great to have on there too though! Haha!

Yummerz on that cake, Lori Love those boots too! I hate cold feet I wish I could spend a little free time on the computer at work. We actually will get written up if we're on the computer doing personal things and we're still on the clock My job is so hectic that I don't really have any time to jump on the forums unless I'm clocked out at lunch, but it would be nice to take a little breather once in a while.
Have a relaxing day off! Glad everything is going well for you guys! You look amazing ... as always!Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Thanks Swooshie!
Yeah, we're not really supposed to do anything while we're on the front desk- but everyone does because it's so boring! Luckily my supervisor is always in the offices so there's no one around me to see what I'm doing! I kind of enjoy more hectic work though- makes the time go faster!!
Thanks Swooshie! This weekend was awesome!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Hey guys! I've decided to take a deload/rest week this week! I don't want to- I was really excited about deadlifting today-but it's been about...10 weeks straight now and I feel like I've been constantly battling a head cold for the past 3 weeks, and everytime I lift I feel worse the next day. I feel like I need a good break from it so I can get rid of whatever keeps trying to fester and be fresh and shiny and new next week!
I also have no clue what I'm doing here with my calories. lol! I can't be bothered to count- I just don't care at the moment. And I hate estimating for things like chilli, or breaded baked chicken breast and potatos, or chicken fajita mush w/cheese and sour cream. Blah. lol! Counting calories sucks! I had a really nice break from it these past few months! I'll get back to it when I want to tighten up, but for now I'm just enjoying not caring. I am curious about how much I weigh these days though- I may purchase a scale this week just out of curiousity!
Andrew was out last night so I took the opportunity to snap some progress piccies! A few backside pictures since it's hard for me to take those now. I couldn't set the timer on my camera without the pictures cming out blurry for some reason- so this was the best I could do! Still no clue if I'm gaining slowly or maintaining, but I'm not displeased with how things are looking just yet! Making lots of srtength gains and not looking too fat yet. Another few months or this I guess and then I'll chip away at the chub and see if I grew anything
lol! It's either tiny pictures or huge pictures. Oh well. I'm going to eat breakky/lunch- then we're going to wander the streets of downtown kitchener and see if I can find myself a warm sweater, get some coffee and a treat, pick up a few things, etc. Happy Sunday!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Thank you! I don't quite know what that balance IS, but I'll take it. Hahahaha! Being pretty free with things these days, but if I don't focus on gaining I usually don't, so I guess that's a good thing
Haha! Thank you Swooshie!
Andrew is the guy who took us in I knew him since I was a wee little girl! He is one of my brother's bestest friends and he's like a brother to me!
Thank you Andrea! I am pretty pleased! Though I don't feel like I look how those pictures make me look. I was like "boy I feel fat. I better go take some pictures and make sure I'm not huge." Then I was like ".....Really? How do I not look as massive as I feel?"Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Hahaha! Thanks lol!
It's only a little below 0 these days- but that's cold enough for me! I didn't have the equipment for cold- I moved up here in the sumemr and had to leave most of my warm things behind. Those boots are the warmest boots I';ve ever had! I love them! I bought good gloves and a jacket, too, and I've never been so warm in all my life! I am happy! Hate being cold.
OH! That would be SOOO much FUN! We have to do that at some point for sure! Not this week though- we're both half sick So my deload is quite convinient at the moment! hahaha! Enjoying the rest!
Christmas is a great time for deloading! I'll be happy working out though so I can burn off all those cookie calories and use those magical cookie powers!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Goodness it's everywhere. I imagine if I'm not any worse tomorrow I'll be better again in a few days! Going to rest up, go for a few walks, and take it easy this week

They're nice, hey? I like that brand!!
Thank you! I'm really happy with my butt/legs of late- they've always been the worst part of me that I hated the most- but now I'm pretty happy with that whole area!! ANd knowing it's just going to get beter as time goes on makes me happy!
Hahaha! I LOVE Christmas! Thanks- Not better yet, but jonly mildly sick so I can't really complain. It's just the exhaustion that kills meTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Hey guys! My legs feel great today! All nice and rested! Felt really strong walking to work today! My knee feels all nice and pain free, but my wrist still hurts. I think from doing floor presses w/105 last week. So I imagine I'll rest up now until Sunday and then it'll be leg day. I can't wait. lol! I have a new goal to do 185x30 before the new year for deadlfits! Hahaha!
Feeling more chubby than normal! My pants are really tight, but my diet hasn't changed a whole lot other than the chicken bacon I added in last weekend/every day since So maybe it's just the increase in sodium! I won't do anything drastic just yet I figured out on the average weekday I'm eating approximately 2000 cals a day. So I'm sure it's not really fat. And anyways, strength is my goal right now!
You know what I find really exciting!? About bodybuilding/lifting??? You just keep getting better. Everything you gain is just going to be added on to, built up more, constantly. Everytime I see improvements I think- it's just going to be better and better. It's so exciting!!!!
Anyways, I'm enjoying the rest but I can't wait to get back at it!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers
