New page workout bump!
This workout was ok. A little baffed from being on the go so much, but I got it done I had to do heavy D.B benching today- I had dreams about getting the 50’s up all by myself, so today I went downstairs and was pretty successful at getting them up there all by myself for the first set Woop woop! Soon I’ll be tossing them around like they’re nothing. Muahahahahhaa!
Chest and Biceps!
Flat D.B Bench Press: 3x3-5

Ok! Shoe piccies! The shoes I prefer the most look like this; these are pure Lori shoes, and the ones I wanted to buy:
But I figured they’d be mighty uncomfortable for walking around in, so I went with these, which are a tad bit frumpy in my opinion, but look pretty nice with my dressy pants on since I wear flared dress pants. I wanted a thicker, lower heel, and these were the only other ones I could get but they fit my criteria well so I’m happy:
The jacket thing I bought is pretty nice. It was on sale. 70% off! So I got it for 26 dollars. It’s a bit big on me even though it’s a size 0. A little hard to see though:
And I was screwing around with the camera last night and snapped a few piccies! I took side a butt pic (hope it doesn’t get reported ) :
A side leg/butt pic on a different angle that looked kind of neat. Never had that line before:
And I took a picture of my unflexed, relaxed arm since it was never just normally that shape before. I always had chubby, straight looking arms until this year:
And a flexed arm pic for good measure. You know, since the one above looks totally gimped out. lol!:
And that’s all I’ve got. Hope it was somewhat entertaining! Hahaha! I’m really hungry today. Really, really hungry. And it’s 6:43 pm, and I haven’t spent any quality time with Stephen yet today, so I’m going to go do that. I will catch up with you all tomorrow! Nothing to do tomorrow! Yay! And guess what! It's Thursday! I have....4 days home, and 3 sleeps more in our beautiful soft awesome bed. Man I'm gonna miss that bed. I'm surprised I slept last night- I had so much on my mind! We won't have transportation up there, so we thought it'd be awesome if we could take our mountain bikes with us. Then Sandra (step-mother) called and had the brilliant idea of taking some pots/pans/other house stuff with us on the plane so we won't have to buy it. Might have to get it shipped up later- we need those bikes! *sigh*!
Today is BOX SQUAT DAY! Also other stuff, but I'm on a box squat kick I can't wait to go to a real gym so I can use a real box Hahaha! Anway, I gotta go do stuff! Be back later with workoutTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Today we were talking about whether or not we should take our mountain bikes, but we decided against it. So now we have to go for one last bike ride! Will take my camera and snap some piccies! I shortened my workout though because we’re going right NOW. I have 5 videos uploading but I don’t know if they’ll be done before I leave since youtube takes forever to upload them. But here’s what I did!
Lower!!!!
Box Squats: 5 sets of 3-5 reps

Oh, Lori. I really don't have anything to say. Your body is just so freakin' amazing I feel the need to come in here and repeat what everyone else is saying. Hubz jokes that I have a crush. What he means to say is that he has a crush, and needs to blame someone else. Yeah, that's it.

Liked the vids uh that is not failing! Congrats on the PR woot woot! On my last set last week I literally didn't get back up haha. RDL's nice I really wanna try those but since my normal deadlift sometimes turns into that I'm staying away until I'm a master regualr deadlifter.

Some biking pictures for you! We had such a blast today- we were gone for a good 2 hours or so!!! I'm going to miss our bikes if we leave them behind. It'll cost 300 dollars though to take them both....But it would save us cash for bus fare and save time since we won't have to walk...Anyway, I gotta go help Stephen cook supper! We're having roasted potatos and BBQ pork chops and either some broccoli/corn/peas. Too lazy for salad making! haha! Tired and hungry now

on the RDLS, those were ca-razy. I didn't see the squat fail, though. Did Stephen have to give you a little boost up? It didn't look like he was helping much if at all. And you look absolutely jacked in every one of those biking pictures. Just gorgeous.

Awesome job on the PR's! Getting those 50's up must of been a proud moment Vids of squatz and RDL's look good as well, they have a box at Golds but I can never find the damn thing half the time lol.
Pics look awesome Lori! Arms have such a nice shape to them and your glutes and hammies are definitely benefiting from those heavy RDLs I wish I could go out riding like that, forest and ocean all in the same ride, must be awesome
Keep us posted on the move! I hope everything is continuing to work out ok for you guys.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
