Andrea- you bring up a good point. I've been googling, and yeah, seems I fall under the category of having sinusitis induced sleep apnea. There's no cure for that though Just controlling sinus issues and sleeping on an incline like I do. Oh, and losing weight, exercising, and eating healthy helps Probably why I'm sick a lot. Ahh, yay! lol! (that's me being sarcastic!!!! )

HAPPY FRIDAY!
I do, and they help me sleep, but my sleep is still no good. I don't know, I've just accepted it over the years! lol! I "sleep" for 10 hours, I get 7 hours sleep. I sleep for 6 hours I get 4 hours sleep. It's just how it is. I've survived this long
IT"S FRIDAY! Can't wait to go home and do a workout, get ready, have a few drinks, and go out for the night Stephen agreed that he doesn't want to have a super late night either so we're going to try to come home for 1:00 am so we can go to the farmers market tomorrow morning and buy some fresh fruits and veggies!!!!! Guess I'll have to clean out the fridge before that happens! lol!
YAY! Wish it was nicer out though- I wanted to wear a dress that I bought a while back, but now it's supposed to be cold out Oh, what to wear!?
I'm so antsy right now!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Have to laugh when a few posts ago you were complaining about the heat and now the cold lol. Ontario in summer is not fun only had to go for work related purposes but man the humidity yuck!"That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

Haha! Interesting!! Actually not sure what she looks like, I'm not one for knowing any of that stuff!
Oh it does suck. lol! Alcohol makes it so much worse. I went to bed last night at 2:00 and woke up 11:00 and came out of it with 6 hours of sleep Booooo! Seep depravity sucks! I will have to catch up on it tonight/tomorrow
Hahahahaha! I know! It's winter here today! Snow on the ground, cold, windy, snowing I can't believe it. Haha! It's just brutal how quickly things change around here! I heard the humidity was enough to kill a person- I'm not looking forward to that experience!!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Hey guys! The party was pretty good last night. We felt kind of old Hahaha! And there was this little male douche bag who we were just laughing at all night, he was so stupid. The girl that brought him said she hadn't seen him in years and thought that he had brain damage. Hahahahaha! Loaded off 1/2 a giant bottle of strong beer, and just saying stupid things. *Said in monotone, lame speech* "I have to sit down. My back hurts. I'm in construction. I have to lift things. One time, I had to lift a 70kg box. That's like, 150lbs. I lifted it like this (insert stupid movement) and had to drag it up my body, and hurt my back." Buddy's like, 20 years old, tall and skinny as a rake, and just dumb as ****. Ok, I realize that didn't make him sound as bad as he was. Just telling stupid stories, saying he could take anyone, talking about fighting and hitting on women all night. Falling over he was so buzzed off nothing.
Oh, here's one "I find women use ME for sex." Ha. Yeah buddy- you wish lol! Then he basically told Andrew that Heineken (that's andrew's beer) was crap and you had to be dumb to drink it (it took 10 minutes of talking to get to that basic point) Andrew almost killed him. He left the room after staring the guy down for 10 minutes and the guy was ****baked and left. Hahahaha! Oh my!!!
I only drank 3 light beer, and drank some water for the remainder of the night. By 1:00 I was struggling to stay awake! I'm still tired Anyway, no workout happened yesterday- I was too tired. I will do one today though Going to go get ready, go to the mall and try shopping again (round 2) and then we'll probably get half a roasted chicken and potato at Swiss Chalet, then when I come home I'll do a workout!!!! Then it's Game of Thrones watching/pizza night. And we'll go to bed half early Ahh, weekends!
I have to say- I'm super excited about hopping back on the diet wagon. I hate feeling fluffy. My clothes still fits me better than normal and I don't look as bad as I feel like I do, but the jiggly squish is back and I'm anxious to get back into it all. I'll take some progress pics next weekend- I found a way of doing it in the bedroom with bright, natural lighting! Much better!!!
I was trying on clothes last night and was pretty happy with how my hammies looked (again...I'm obsessed with hammies, so prepare yourself for multiple pics of them as they get better. hahahaha!) so I snapped a piccie! I didn't wear this after, I went with jeans and a pretty dressy shirt.
Be back later with workout and vids!!!! HAPPY WEEKEND!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Just stopping in to say a long overdue hello!! Totally jealous of your 3 beers - I had a my first stressful day at work yesterday in a while and was really bummed I couldn't come home to crack open a bottle of wine and/or hit the gym hard to deal with it. Alas, I indulged in a store bought brownie - terrible choices seem to run rampant when preggo

Okie dokie! Had a successful day shopping! Bought 7 shirts, 2 pairs of capris, a pair of sandals, some nail polish, some make up…lol! Good day!!! Stephen paid for most of it for my birthday Got half a chicken breast, ate some of my baked potato, and had a Kaiser roll from Swiss Chalet for lunch…Pretty much all I ate today. No appetite! Horribly hung-over. Off 3 light beer. With water in between. Should have just drank more beer.

Thanks Swooshie! I really needed some new work clothes for spring- a lot of the clothes I own I couldn't bring with me or I can't wear to work because of the dress code So now I'm happy I have a few things!
Hoping the apple cider vinegar will healp with the water retention...it usually doesn't though- my body does whatever it wants to
Thanks, you too!!!
[QUOTE=dreahere;1059084681] Hahaha! I don't like that beer a whole lot either, but to call andrew dumb AND trash his beer...well, that was just uncalled for
Haha! I'm happy with the shape/amount of muscle I have in my legs this year!!! Very excited to see what they'll look like all leaned out
No snow today!!! Sunshine and coldness, but not below freezing so I can't complain.
Thanks- hope yours is good as well!!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Okie dokie guys! Edited to say- I think I will embark on another UD2 adventure.....It sucks because I have all this food in the house from last week that won't get eaten, but f#ck it!
It's completely normal for my weight loss to stall out after 3-5 weeks and then gain 5-6lbs during my diet break. Then I usually drop down to a new low after the first week of my next diet phase. I usually don't see my weight loss endeavors for a good 2 months. Hahahaha! It's like clockwork. Every year it's the same, so I normally just go with it these days. I have no clue where I am in terms of actual fat loss, but 6 weeks ago I was 124lbs pretty consistently, so I'm hoping for at least one pound gone in all those weeks. I'd be shocked if I didn't lose anything, I KNOW I was eating less than maintenance on average by a good bit. I KNOW my maintenance is at least 2300 these days. This week will be interesting! I'm excited to see where I end up once I lower calories.
Still painfully bloated. Today is a rest day today! Happy Sunday!
EDIT- INSANE back DOMS today. lol! So many t-bar rows yesterday...!Last edited by gobbles23; 04-21-2013 at 08:14 AM.

Look what I'm missing out on back home today
lol! So not fair!!!!! I wanna play with the puppy
And on another note, after "sleeping" for 10 hours last night and getting 6 crappy hours of sleep, I'm going to go pick up some 5-htp today and see if that helps. I keep waking up at night. I remember waking up about 5 times last night just to roll over. lol! Need to fix this. Tried melatonin and Valerian root, and phenibut (the last one being the best)Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Hey guys! Started this morning out with egg whites and veggies for breakky which I could hardly stomach, and then a nice sunny jog to work I barely even got my heart rate up- even with my back pack weighing 11.6 lbs Getting better at it!!
I still feel oddly weak and tired a lot lately. My sinuses are still pretty bad here and there...I'm almost done my antibiotics....the doctor never did check to see if there was an infection though- just took my word for it....
And on another note, last year I had a filling put in one of my upper jaw teeth...It feels funny ever since! It throbs without pain, and with how my cheeks feel flushed and have pressure on them, I'm wondering if my sinuses are being affected by that, or if it's just all the pollen in the air, or if it's just a sinus infection. Plus I've got an impacted lower wisdom tooth that needs to come out and its ever slowly coming up. Could also contribute to the pressure on my face/teeth. Needless to say- as soon as dental insurance kicks in I'll be making a trip there for a check-up.
All that on top of not sleeping well, EVER, I don't know. I've never felt so weird for so long before in all my life. But anyway, guess I'll just accept it for now and do what I can. I did buy some 5-htp yesterday. What that does is help with serotonin which helps create melatonin/helps promote good mood/sleep/relaxation. May help tremendously on a low carb diet- especially with sleeping at night/not being cranky all day. Also is supposed to curb carb cravings since, you know, more serotonin.....
Tried ditching the sinus pills last night, just took 100mg of 5-htp, and got 6:15 hours of sleep or thereabouts. Not too bad. Won't use it long term, just while I diet. And....Well, I could ramble on about stuff for hours but there's no point
Weighed in way too heavy this morning, I've been eating a lot during my diet break to see if I could gain some energy back, but no. I'm confident I didn't gain any fat during these 10 days, so I'm interested to see where the scale will end up. Before my break I had a new bicep vein, popping hammies and new lower back lines, plus I had my last summer's mid-section back, so if I looked like that again but weighed 125 I would not be complaining!
Anyway, depletion workout #1 today! Cardio this morning, at lunch, and running after work, all like normal these days. 1134 cals planned for today, with 43g of carbs, 152g protein, and 37g of fat.Last edited by gobbles23; 04-22-2013 at 05:24 AM.

Well, after going for a walk on this beautiful sunny day- I've decided that I have allergies. lol! My nose hurt to breath the air and then it got all runny on me. Pressure on my face came back. Checked the pollen forecast on the weather network and the pollen count is HIGH. It's only low, medium, or high. It's ALWAYS high. lol! I'm pretty sure this summer is going to kill me in terms of sinuses/allergies/energy! Hahaha! Oh well
