OOOH! I will try the apple cider vinegar! Thank you! I hope so! Will take obligatory pics when dressed up
Oh dear! I figured it might be different up there where they are SO MANY! I mean, pages upon pages of job opportunities in marketing- I was hoping the didn't have enough people to go around and would hire from afar like up in Alberta. We'll check it out anyways. If we don't hear anything back from anyone in a week or so- we'll take the plunge. It's just scary moving away without a job to go to. So expensive!
Yeah, I've tried the non-bloaty ones before and they work great- they're just expensive! It's ok though as long as I drink enough water, but enter TOM + beer + too much coffee and my body hates me lol! Plus I've been eating a boat ton of carbs lately!

Thanks! I actually meant to change that to cgbp- I didn't like the reverse grip with the oly bar! EZ curl bar is better for me- it feels more comfortable. The oly bar felt wrong in so many ways. It was clumbsy to unrack and hurt my shoulders for some reason, so after my first warm up set I switched grips!
Glad mine is done now, I hate dying it myself!
Thanks! I think it helped! I put it in some water to dilute it and drank two cups like that, plus a billion other glasses of water and I was peeing like crazy! Jeans fit great! But this morning I'm even heavier! lol! Body is not happy. More vinegar today
Aww, wish I could get a hold of some dandelion root- I haven't seen it around here before! Heard so many good things about it though.
YAY! Thank you!

I'm sleepy today. Got a whopping 5 hours of sleep. Hahaha! Was a fun night though! I drank 3 beer. And a gatorade before bed, and 3 glasses of water. And I is hungover. I suck.
Today I will vegg. And go to dad's and eat cheeseburgers. Most likely 1 cheeseburger. And it will be yummy. It's cold here today. I'm cold. Why do I always get super duper cold after drinking?? It's like a deathy chill. I have to go shower.
UD2 starts tomorrow! Thank goodness. I can't wait for all this bloat to be gone. I'm too tired to form thoughts. Isn't it sad when you wake up hungover and tired and you really want some coffee to help you wake up but you know it'll just make you worse? What do you do!? I'm off! Hope you all have a great Saturday!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Thanks! It was nice but I was sooo sleepy my brain wouldn't work right. lol! Zombie Lori!
Day 1 today!!!!
That's a good solution! As soon as December comes I start training for Christmas. I drink 1-2 beer every night so I'm desensitized to alcohol during the social gatherings lol! It's funny because it's true. I'm all "oh! Only 2 weeks until the partying stats, better start training!"
THat's good though! I hate it when having a few drinks ruins the day after. Might as well have drank more! lol!
HI P!
Thanks! It was a sleep day! I ate cheeseburgers at ddad's and then came home and watched a movie!
Welll.......I sort of had a cranky time trying to dress myself. lol! I changed about 4 times, and the last time happened when everyone was waiting for me out in the car so I was a wee bit rushed Hahaha!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

UD2 Day 1!!!! Oh my god! I am soo puffy today. I drank a ridiculous amount of water yesterday. Enough to have been peeing all night but I didn't go once, and I hardly went this morning. I'm so puffy my eyes are puffy. My mouth is dry. My body is not happy. lol! Very interested to watch it all fall off in the next few days! Weight this morning was at an all time ridicuous new high of 126lbs. Hahaha! Lets watch it drop
I felt uneasy about our future yesterday. I don't have a definite plan other than to move to Kitchener, but I felt uneasy at the lack of certainty in it. So I texted Andrew last night to see if it was still ok if we came up. He told me his doors are always open to us both. That made me very happy! That's one of the most improtant steps- having a place to stay up there. The other important step is having money to go. We're working on that one Charles is home on Thursday so we're going to sit down and discuss some things with him.
We decided to keep passing out job applications, but not to wait on getting work before we move. I'm sure we'll be able to find work up there easier than applying from here. So as soon as we get the financial situation figured out, we're pretty much just going to take off. Maybe as soon as 2 weeks/next week. So I shall do UD2 for as long as I can to give my fat loss a good kick start, but I definitely won't be able to keep going with it for at least 2 weeks after we move. I'll just regular diet then. I dont't know what we'll be eating and where we'll be training, so I'll have to get all that straightened out and then I'll resume it if it's feasible.
OK! So today consists of not much food. Here's what my meals will look like (don't make fun- I don't have much to work with here. It's hard for me to find protein sources without carbs included)
Breakky:
1 cup of coffee with 1 tbsp splenda + 1 tbsp french vanilla cream
17g of toast with 5g peanut butter (have to have something in my tummy or else coffee kills it)
Lunch: Protein Pancake
1 scoop protein
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp s.f syrup
Depletion Workout #1: 2 scoop Xtend (really just to get my protein up)
Snack:
Salad w/1 ham slice + 20g cheese and lots of spinach
Supper:
1 cup veggies
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
50g Tofu
Cheese slice
Before bed: Sudge
1 scoop protein
1 tbsp cocoa
1 Oreo cookie
15g peanut butter
1/4 cup 1% milk
Comes to 1127 cals/53g Carbs/128g Protein/45g fat
And that's it! Be back later with workoutTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Sure was! She wasn't having refeeds! Hahaha! This is The Ultimate Diet 2.0. It's kind of like a calorie cycling thing where you have 3 low days, 1 moderate day, 1 super high day, and another low-moderate day. I won't be eating that amount for weeks or anything like that Averages out to be about 1500-1600 a week.

Kitchener!
Haha! I'd die eating low cals like that for an extended period of time. My lifting would go down the drain!
Good Morning!
6 days ago I was 121.9lbs. lol! I've got some mad bloat on the go It's ok though- I'm expecting it to be gone in a few days since TOM started today!
Thank you! My e/c stack makes it much easier! I was just overcome with energy and cleaned/dusted/vacuumed the bedroom in record time!
I have 2 scoops of it in there It's just that I'm really, really poor right now and I have to ration everything
