Doin' Work.
I sat and just laughed and laughed at that vid. It's like a baby learning to walk hahaha, you're like moving around trying to figure it out LOL. Usually the end result is taped, thus the humor. Nice work lady 
Were you at 12 before? So a like 70kcal drop?

I was closer to 1300/60g of carbs most days. Trying to get my weekly average down slightly from 1740ish to 1600

Weight This Morning: 128.2lbs Narg.
Sleep Last Night: 5:59/79% Efficiency
Mkay, will lower cals on Sundays and Mondays as well as on the diet days! Will plan carb load better too Not much else to say at the moment- must go do work. Don't like to be on here too much during the day- afraid they'll block the site
