    Missing information. Please read post number 1 in this thread. Also, cardio is not 3-4 times. It's either 3 or 4 and I think I put yours at 4 to start.     Start with 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week then. No cardio on leg days. Let me know when your pics are up. See you next week.
