Hey brother. Set cardio at 30 minutes 6 days a week. No cardio on leg days. Protein is good. Lower carbs to 150 grams a day and bring fat down to 30. Make sure you start a contest thread and put your front, back and side relaxed pics with newspaper of the day in your thread by the end of today to continue on. Hopefully see you next week.

Cardio (how many days per week/minutes per day): set at 6 days a week, 30 minutes a day. Put in 3 day so far, none on leg day (today). averaging 30-35 minutes, alternating on machines so far eliptical, stairmaster, and stationary bike.
Protein grams you’re eating per day: Shooting for 225. Its tough, I'm averaging 180-200. trying to shove in that extra bit. Just went back for groceries, so should be a lot easier now.
Carbohydrate grams you’re eating per day: Shooting for 150, so far trying to get into the rhythm of the diet, averaging 100-115 a day
Fat grams you’re eating per day: shooting for 25, so far averaging about 18 to 20
Body Fat +/- % for the week (optional): Entirely unsure, will be meeting with a personal trainer at the gym to get back to you on this.

Additional feedback or details you wish to provide: Considering uping cardio bpm to 150-160, not going to make the jump without your input. Please advise?

Pics uploaded on my thread for your viewing pleasure. (if you like horror films, that is). Man, This s#!t is no joke. The workouts are intense, and I'm lovin it. Dieting has always been my week point, But your video's have been super helpful. I'm really excited that my problem so far has been not enough. Usually, my issue is way too much. I'm rewatching your chicken and yams video, and trying to emulate the master. And, on a lighter note, f**k leg day man. just... damn.
