    Question Caffiene pills?

    Is taking caffiene on your cut helpful?....who has used it, I would like a little feedback about the pros and cons

    Yea. I become a caffeine junkie on a cut. Only way to stay awake. Just make sure it doesn't effect your sleep.

    For sure - it's a staple for most. Just keep track of how much caffeine you are taking in each day. Beyond just caffeine anhydrous pills, read the labels on any fat burners or pre-workouts and consider the caffeine if a big coffee drinker.

    Honestly you should take the minimal dose you can that provides you with the necessary energy. Don't use it for the sake of fat loss alone, but when you need a kick so your energy levels during lifting or cardio are at their max.

    You can use it throughout the day if necessary, but will warn you that you can quickly become dependent on it. I was up around 1 gram a day of caffeine between all my sources in order to survive the last few weeks of contest prep and was a bitch coming off.

    Start with no more than 100 mgs caffeine anhydrous when dosing it for energy/alertness. Note that most pre-workouts when dosed at full strength can contain upwards of 300 mg caffeine.
