    Question Final week Competition diet

    I would like to get different ideas on what other people do for their final week diet before competition....I am in bodybuilding and have been in 3 competitions and working on my fourth....I find that I am always stuck on those last 2-3 pounds...they just never seem to want to come off no matter what I have tried.....so I would like to see what others have done.

    People do 2 cardio sessions a night for around 45 minutes. If you are already doing that, I don't know what else to suggest. Sorry!
