Thanks, I was happy getting it. It felt like I could've kept going, so that's good. I'd like to hit a triple bodyweight deadlift within the next two years. That's really my long term goal for deads. Still a long way to go obviously, but as long as there is progress I'm on the right track.

No particular reason. I just picked one. I like that it's more explosive.

I don't do any extra work for triceps right now. They get hit with the pressing obviously, but that's it right now. Hammering my biceps twice per wave instead. Right now my main focus with upper body assistance is to improve my pulling and also make my neck wider. I feel like my pressing movements are much better than my pulling, so curls and face pulls will make up the bulk of my assistance work for a while. When I do isolate my triceps, I use dips, skullcrushers and rope cable pulldowns.

I've been cycling ez bar curls and hammer curls. Going back to hammer curls as the also help with grip as well.

I do 4 sets of EZ bar curls and 4 sets of hammers (sometimes DB, sometimes double hammer bar) on shoulder day. Definitely like Hammers for widening the bi and grip assistance, although I use straps a lot for lifts because I'd rather not let grip be an issue during a lift for me.
