206x4 is damn good for a strict press man, you've doubled my RM with that weight.
I see you increased total volume on pullups. Do you prefer doing just body weight pullups for high reps or weighted pullups for lower reps? Lately, I've been leaning on doing heavy pullups because I think it might carryover to increasing strength moreso than just body weight.USMC: 1999-2003; 2009-Current

**** kraut that's impressive, have you pressed the 100kg over head yet?

Thanks.
Thanks man. It was a good day today.
I did weighted for a while, but I want to focus on doing twice the amount of pulling as I do pressing per Wendler's recommendations. I'd be completely smoked if I did that weighted and I didn't really see much carryover to anything from doing weighted chins for lower reps, so it's body weight for now. 5 reps of body weight pullups between OHP sets seems to be that sweet spot for me where it doesn't really affect OHP. Once I'm used to the higher volume, I might throw in weighted sets after the main lift. I'll still want double the pulling volume though.
There is no way to do neutral grip pullups at my gym, which is why I throw in the lat pulldowns. I do my pullups on ab slings with a pulldown bar pulled through. If I ever get around to putting together a home gym, I plan to have a wall mounted pullup bar with all kinds of different grips.
Yeah, but only for a single. I want to get 105kg in the near future and also press 100kg for reps, so I have plenty of work ahead of me.Lifting Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147159883

Thanks J.
I like them a lot. If you don't need a bunch of volume like BBB, then they're the way to go.
You're in luck, I got a PR today.

About time. 3 plate front squat is mental. I'm awaiting pictures for when your thumb is ripped off from the hook grip.
Think I'll give the multiple sets a go when I'm trying to gain strength again.☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆

I'm always happy about progress, especially with any type of squat.
I'm wondering if I can pull my next PR with a hook grip. Would be pretty awesome.
Still cutting? It might even work for that. To me it makes a lot more sense than running BBB on a cut or something, but opinions are like a$sholes.Lifting Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147159883
