    Warmup included shoulder dislocation, YTI raise, cable external rotation and some of the face pulls. Also cleaned out the garage a little bit today (big trash pickup tomorrow). Furniture is getting easier to carry than it used to be. I knew lifting was good for something!

    Not sure to be honest, but I'm almost done running that template anyhow. I'll pretty much do a regular 5/3/1 wave 3 this week. I mainly do the pullups to hit my upper back with volume, so I won't do them weighted until I'm banging out 15 rep sets without a problem. Gonna be a while for that to be the case I'm sure. BW is at 87kg/192lbs.

    I could, but that could be said about a lot of weights. I'm not really concerned with it being 399lbs or 400lbs. I want the end result of getting 205kg off the floor next time I attempt it.
