    40/30/30 for macros?

    C/P/F set to 40/30/30? Or too much protein there? I have never tracked my macros/calories, so this is a first for me.

    This is what I got after all the crazy calculations:
    Protein = 233g
    Fat = 119g
    Carbs = 287g

    Should I follow this? or what do you recommend?

    1. Stop thinking in ratios.
    2. Figure out how many kcal you want to eat.
    3. Set aside 1-1.2g of protein per lb of bodyweight
    4. Decide how much fat you want to eat each day. 0.5g per lb of bodyweight is a good start.
    5. Fill the rest of your daily caloric allowance with carbs.

    I always had good success on 30/50/20(PCF) for bulking, but for cutting I usually lower carbs and increase fat since carbs make me look really soft and bloated.
