In my house there is alot of things that reallyyy stress me out and are all out of my control, and i think it's seriously affecting my gains. i can't stop the causes of the stress, as theyre from the people i live with, and i don't have the option to move out (although i would love to) as i dont have the money. im pretty much constantly stressed, even when trying to sleep due to my sister having 5 dogs which literally cry and bark till 4 in the morning, and since my bedroom is above the room they're kept in, i'm the only one who hears it - not only does it stop me from sleeping, (i already take melatonin), it's so f*cking annoying that it makes me really angry, not a good mood to try and get to sleep. Going to the gym does help relieve the stress, but as soon i get home it all comes back. i originally went from 135 pounds to 165, but since all the stress has gone up i haven't gained any weight in months despite upping my calories to a 700-1000 calorie surplus and doing intense training, and my lifts are barely increasing. Are there any supplements that can help me out?

ErgoBolic is a great addition for stress. Def helps with cortisol levels and relaxation for me. (Im a single mom with 2 kids, going back to school, working, a firefighter, etc...talk about stress )
We have also had some really terrific feedback from it!

You should really go to a doctor and get a referral to a psychologist/psychiatrist or get a prescription immediately.
Disregard all comments above, supplements are unproven and it's ILLEGAL to recommend them for medical conditions. If you're located in the UK, please report these members to the MHRA and if you're in the US, contact the FDA. They don't care how you really feel, they only care about pimping unproven, potentially dangerous supplements to extract your money.
