    supplements to reduce stress?

In my house there is alot of things that reallyyy stress me out and are all out of my control, and i think it's seriously affecting my gains. i can't stop the causes of the stress, as theyre from the people i live with, and i don't have the option to move out (although i would love to) as i dont have the money. im pretty much constantly stressed, even when trying to sleep due to my sister having 5 dogs which literally cry and bark till 4 in the morning, and since my bedroom is above the room they're kept in, i'm the only one who hears it - not only does it stop me from sleeping, (i already take melatonin), it's so f*cking annoying that it makes me really angry, not a good mood to try and get to sleep. Going to the gym does help relieve the stress, but as soon i get home it all comes back. i originally went from 135 pounds to 165, but since all the stress has gone up i haven't gained any weight in months despite upping my calories to a 700-1000 calorie surplus and doing intense training, and my lifts are barely increasing. Are there any supplements that can help me out?

Seems like consistent sleep would help you out tremendously.

Look at Poseidon Night Time from Nimbus.

You might also like Picamilion, 150mg or Phenibut, 500mg from SNS taken during times of relaxation needs.

i get enough sleep (usually) as i just get up later, it's just that i'm stressed out when going to sleep which surely can't be good. i also take ON's melatonin but it doesn't do alot for me anymore despite cycling it. will look into those products though thanks

You should really go to a doctor and get a referral to a psychologist/psychiatrist or get a prescription immediately.

Disregard all comments above, supplements are unproven and it's ILLEGAL to recommend them for medical conditions. If you're located in the UK, please report these members to the MHRA and if you're in the US, contact the FDA. They don't care how you really feel, they only care about pimping unproven, potentially dangerous supplements to extract your money.

okay so my choices are: Picamilion, Phenibut, L-theanine, valarian root, ErgoBolic or l-dopa. i don't think it would be a good idea to take all of them...
anyone know which would be most effective?

This is what I'm talking about. Seriously you pimp a supplement, to treat a medical condition, from the same company you're working for and also claim it has terrific feedback?

Is your product approved to treat/prevent/cure/diagnose medical conditions?

Disregard those supplements and go to a doctor! Please, none of these supplements have any decent research backing their use and they're NOT approved to treat your condition. You need to see a specialist asap.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The next person that recommends a supplement to treat/cure OP's medical condition will be be reported to a regulatory agency.

hey troll, Did i say it will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease?
    Please, Report me.
By saying he should/could try your product you're implying it may help to treat/cure his medical condition. I just PMed you about your neg and I'd like to contact your boss or else I'll submit this to a regulatory agency. Choose wisely.

The thread starter needs to see a specialist and should not be blinded by unproven supplement which may worsen his condition. I expect you understand.
