    Eh I can tell that I'm leaning out. like shredded looking wise? I don't see any differences in height, but I definitely notice us shorter guys tend to be bulkier.

    And just to get the conversation rolling, lately brahs, I've had this huge huge ambition of doing startups and just not giving a faurk about school. Who else has this feel?

    is my progress goal realistic?

    I've bulked properly (2.5lb gain per month) for almost 2.5 months so far and plan to continue bulking til September. That's another 9-10lbs of muscle gain hopefully (but 8lbs could happen) and I'm 131lbs at 13% right now. That would put me at 143-146lbs at 16-17% max by September. Then I'll diet to 10-11% (will prob take 3 months). I'm guessing I'll have to lose 10lbs to get to 10-12% after this bulk. So I want to be 136-137lbs at 10-12% by next January.

    Realistic or can more be achieved (I doubt it, it's a big goal already)?

    depends on you on how much you can do. I'd worry more about just putting on more and more size and not strictly what bf %. impossible is nothing

    Brah if you can also do t-shirt specifically for manlets, I think it would be a huge success. I currently focus on real small market and found out that the more specific I go, the smaller the competition is. (but also the smaller the customers.) Just an idea.

    To let you know what I'm up to, I'm also trying to make use of myself through my flaws. I'll reveal one of them. One is that I have really bad skin. I used to really concentrate on helping others with it and made some money from it. Two is my manlet status. I'm still trying to figure out how to take advantage of that.

    Speaking of shirts, I got my friend to print one out for me.
    It says, "MANLET STATUS" on the front in TRAJAN font (looks fukin joocy)
    It's white text on black t-shirt.

    On the back, it says, "Endomorph for Life" but thats only because If it was Manlet4lyfeee, it would be to repetitive and I'd look like a complete tool. and I got it printed when I was convinced that I was endomorph master race.

    I don't care about being shredded but id like to see my ab's, I would also like to look stocky and not like a twig with a shirt on.

    I like being 165-170 lb's I fill out shirts well now but more muscle would be amazing lol.

    Something tells me if you were to cut right now you wouldn't be satisfied. I would look into re-comping, which is basically adding muscle but keeping weight steady.

    Yeah it's pretty hard to say in your position. I would keep bulking though, just to gain more muscles, but you become a bit of a bear. It'll all pay back in the end once you cut.

    IMO shags I would cut. You're over 15%, maybe 19-20%. It would take a lot of muscle to see a big change and your body fat will continue to go up as you bulk. That means you will end your bulk at 20-23% body fat and it will take a very long cut for you to be lean (10%). This will risk muscle loss (the gains you made when bulking). You could bulk now for a long time....but then you'd have a ridiculously long cut ahead of you that will lose more muscle than if you started lean and had a shorter dieting phase.

    If you diet down to 10-12% now you will be lean/defined and have a lean base for starting your bulk. Leaner individuals add more muscle and less fat when eating over maintenance (calorie partitioning).

    You're gonna have to diet anyway, may as well do it now so you don't risk muscle loss (which would happen if you bulked now and it would be an even longer cut).

    weighing my options now, thanks for the opinions. I havnt been doing any cardio for the past 3-4 months I think im going to get back into that for sure and take out the mass gainer shake ive been using and just up my protein.

    still thinking of what to do, dieting isnt hard for me... putting all this food in my belly is hard. I might go back and do some intermittent fasting, I got pretty lean when I first started working out that 1 but I had no muscle lol

    About the recoup subject for shag. I used to be in your position where I didn't whether to cut fat or bulk, let me see if I can find the thread...

    Edit: fuk couldn't find it. But it's really up to you if you want to bulk up and be willing to look a little fat. I really wish I found that thread of mine, but I ended up doing a bulk. But you do have some muscle mass under your skin (where as I didn't as much) , so if you do want to shred, then I would only cut just a little bit. Cutting really sucks when you don't have much muscle since you can't eat a lot due to your BMR.
